Not at all happy with this product. (T5/T5.1 Side Pillar Decals - Gloss Black). The one on the front door is a reasonable fit but the one on the sliding door is much the narrow and ended up with a white strip down either side. Not the look I was looking for at all. I ended up removing them.

Mud flaps two weeks to arrive, rear door seal wrong as it’s a 1200mm to short. And to many emails asking for feed back.

I purchased the electric window kit was missing another of parts rang to see what could be done was asked to email no answer to get missing parts very unhappy now have no working windows in my van as the mechanic fitted what was there then came to fit the rest and it was not there would like a refund

Good morning Richard, We are sorry to hear that you feel this way. We have taken a look in our system and we can see that you ordered Genuine VW T5 Dashboard Blank Switch Cover × 2 for a T5.1 2014 model, however we can confirm that we only have this part listed in the T5 section of our website and not the T5.1 section as we do not stock blanking plates for the T5.1 models and we do state that this plate is only suitable for models 2003-2009. I bought a vinyl for the door pillar on T5, poor quality, arrived damaged due to not being rolled very disappointed. Trying to get a refund was like pulling teeth, never again! Avoid avoid avoid! Customer service team need to review approach!

T5 black angel eyes come with no indicator bulb holder as stated on website But unable to find any that fit so making the lights non road leagal If selling this item they should sell the bulb holder or give you the part number and where you can buy from.as the genuine vw do not fit

Good morning Keith, Thank you for your feedback. The original indicator bulb holders need to be removed from the rear of the original headlights. These simply twist into the new headlights. We ordered seat cover and when I chased them up I was told they were not available and they were not being restocked so I am now waiting for my money to be refunded so I can purchase elsewhere. Will not use again!

Ordered some windows. Turkish import . Very poor quality. They did refund all costs so a good company but terrible products. You get what you pay for I guess.

Ordered wind deflectors , came damaged. Raised complaint and a replacement was sent out which was also damaged . Third time lucky !

Received email offering free purchase. Initially purchased small item, with a view to spending larger sum if all went well. Tried to use code again without success. Contacted Vee Dub who advised me it could only be used once. Nothing they could do! Not a great response, have lost a customer.

Ordered a part in march,wasn't showing as out of stock although i was told this about a week after ordering,i finally received it 2 months later. No discount or anything,i still got charged full price for the postage,perhaps a bit off a next order as a gesture? no nothing. If you're still selling out of stock items perhaps mark them out of stock on you're website? Item was good but shouldn't be waiting 2 months and paying full price and full postage imo.

This bumper protector does not fit my t6.1 transporter as good as I expected

Good morning Sean, Apologies that you are experiencing issues with your product. We can confirm that the best way to fit the protector is to warm the tape up on the back of the protector by sitting it on a radiator or by using a hairdryer and then hold the protector down with weights for a while to allow the tape to adhere to the bumper correctly. With regards to fitting, it is also recommended that the protector be fitted in warmer weather and this will also give the tape a better chance of better adhesion. Ordered the black gloss lower grill set, first set came with a poor paint finish with run marks and paint peel - costumer services were great sorting a swop out. Second delivered in just as poor state with run marks and paint peel. Customer services wasn’t helpful and still waiting to hear back from them with a resolution. Unfortunately on this occasion I can’t recommend which is a shame as I have always had excellent products from you in the past

Decals where not separate and needed to be cut to get them close to where I needed them and by doing this I lost the machined straight edge so pointless , very disappointed

Good afternoon John, We are sorry that you feel this way about the Decals. As advised from our customer services team previously, we can confirm that it does state in the video that the decals will need to be trimmed to allow them to be fitted and the images will show the decals separated as they have been fitted to a van for illustration purposes. If the decal is cut as shown in the video you will be able to fit the decal in the correct position as the backing paper will have been removed to allow the decal to adhere to the van and as you use a tool to remove any air bubbles and pull back the top paper the decal will then sit where needed. Each product I have bought from this company has been poor, I have it one more chance as I desperately needed a high level brake light for my T5.1, it turned up broken. So that’s it for me, fingers been burnt too many times.

Awaiting response back so cannot fully give review yet. However ordered rear bumper protector for my barn door t5.1, arrived quickly and efficiently. Upon fitting it doesn’t appear to fit very well at all and only sticks to one part of the bumper nearest the door, seems like it’s not designed for my bumper even though it’s stated it does.

With regards to fitting, it is also recommended that the protector be fitted in warmer weather and this will also give the tape a better chance of better adhesion. I can see that your order has been dispatched via Royal Mail Stamp and due to the busy period, Royal Mail is asking to wait 11 working days.
