Unfortunately, although you had selected the Free Baseball Cap as your Free Gift, you hadn't added this to the cart and this is why you did not receive it with your order. Each product I have bought from this company has been poor, I have it one more chance as I desperately needed a high level brake light for my T5.1, it turned up broken. So that’s it for me, fingers been burnt too many times.

I have taken a look in our system and I can only see a couple of issues, one being that your Heko Wind Defector was damaged in transit and we issued you a replacement for this item and the issue with the High Level Rear Brake Light to which we are currently investigating. Awaiting response back so cannot fully give review yet. However ordered rear bumper protector for my barn door t5.1, arrived quickly and efficiently. Upon fitting it doesn’t appear to fit very well at all and only sticks to one part of the bumper nearest the door, seems like it’s not designed for my bumper even though it’s stated it does.

Good morning Sam, We are sorry to read that you are experiencing issues with your Bumper Protector. We can confirm that the best way to fit the protector is to warm the tape up on the back of the protector by sitting it on a radiator or by using a hairdryer and then hold the protector down with weights for a while to allow the tape to adhere to the bumper correctly but please be aware that there will be a slight gap as shown in the images. With regards to fitting, it is also recommended that the protector be fitted in warmer weather and this will also give the tape a better chance of better adhesion. Good morning Steven, We are sorry that you haven't received your order as yet. I can see that your order has been dispatched via Royal Mail Stamp and due to the busy period, Royal Mail is asking to wait 11 working days. I can see you contacted us regarding the fact that you hadn't received your order and was advised of this by our logistics department and if you hadn't received your order by the 14th December to let us know and we would send out a replacement for you. Bought a gloss black bumper protecter .Bad fitting item ,when I emailed to check it was the right product for my vehicle I was told it was normal to fit like that and sent me a photo of there transporter, but in there photo it looks perfect . Mine has 10 mm overhang both ends

I continue to be completely underwhelmed by this company. They are great at the social media , the razzle dazzle and the Pom poms but but actually delivery and service is best summed up as ‘could do better’

We can see that your order was shipped out on time from ourselves, but was unfortunately lost in transit by our couriers. Following the completion of our couriers search for your parcel, a replacement order was issued to yourself and shipped the following working day from us being notified of the missing parcel. I called and spoke to someone to ask if the curtain kit would fit my van, I then ordered the kit only to find out that it did not fit, Thinking they had sent me the wrong one accidentally i contacted Oliver who told me that the parts needed to be cut and altered after cutting the rails i found out that they prevent the widows from opening and also leave a gap in the sliding door due to the door lock knob.

I would just like to say how disappointed I was with the overall experience I had buying the products from vee fun transporters ,first item was a cab separator for my T5 the rail was bent ! I managed to straighten the rail ,then I ordered 2 front and back VW Matt black badges ,I got 1 Matt and 1 gloss ! I was told to take photos of items then send

Ordered a t5.1 bonnet bra really poor quality, printed checks not individual squares . Have had to jump through hoops to get refund back. Customer service slow to reply.

The seal i had bought would NOT stick at all. I had done it when it was still warm and the metal was dry and it still would not stick. For the amount I paid i expected better. The internal seal was also too long and needed to be cut down but this was not an easy process and ended up cutting about 2cm too short. For the price paid I expected more but this is ti be expected from something that you cant return after TWO days.

I contacted vee Dub in Ocober 2019 to replace a broken coil over for a lowering kit purchased from them. I had to chase them over and over for this a finally got the replacment in the second week of January 2020. My van had been off the road since so very disappointed with the service. However on the positive when dealt by Ollie in sales, finally I got the spring needed. Garry smith Gary.

Hi Garry, Thank you for your review. I have taken a look into this for you. I can see the initial ticket was set up for you on the 23rd October, however we did not have any reply from you, this was also set up with a different email address, so this may have been the reason. You then contacted us on the 6th December, in which my colleague replied to ask whether it was both springs or just the one that you required, we did not hear back from you to confirm this until the 8th of January . It was then a week later that you confirmed which address that you would like the replacement to be sent to. With this all being said, after we had all of the correct information that we needed to process the replacement, the turn around for this was three days and we emailed to advised that Bilstein were going to drop ship the goods to you. I am sorry that you feel let down and that our service wasn't satisfactory for you, however we could only proceed with the replacement as soon as we had everything we needed to do so. Hi Mr Taylor, Thank you for your review. After looking into this for you, I can see that you are still in talks with our customer service team. Unfortunately it does look like you received a short seal, please accept our apologies for this. Of course if we had been made aware we could have rectified this and sent another one out to you, however the shorter seal has been fitted and another order for seal was placed by yourself. Unfortunately as you contacted us regarding this 2 months after the item was purchased and received, we are more than entitled to investigate this through image requests etc. to come to a conclusion. The product description does state how long the item should be, and we do ask our customers to check all items within a reasonable time scale to report issues or damage. Should the item have been checked before fitting or before the purchase of the second set of seal, this could have been rectified for you. Our customer services team will be in touch shortly. I ordered side bars from this company, the wrong colour bars turned up with the wrong brackets. Was forced to send photos of the error as i was not trusted to be telling the truth about the matter, costing me time and money. They then told me that it was my responsibility to pay for the return and only one company would take them due to the length of the parcel. I refused to do this and demanded that they come and pick them up which they did quite quickly and eventually apologised offering no better service after the fact. Overall not happy with the way i was spoken to and felt like i was dealing with a non professional firm in general.

The item I purchased turned out to be for a different model than mine. The web page was a bit confusing to me. I have tried without success so far to get a return code via phone or the link for returns. So a bit disappointed to be honest., I’m sure it’ll get sorted eventually. But I guess I’ll have to do the chasing. 1 out of five on this occasion 🙏
