Check bonnet bra for T6 camper Wrong picked item first Wrong address for second item Disappointed Very poor quality print is very patchy Did not fit and not enough core to attach as per instructional video. Now have to send photos to show how bad it is before I can return. Waste of time, waste of money. Just want my money back.

I ordered a set of wing mirror covers whilst my van was being painted. The website says they will be delivered within 2 days. Item was not dispatched until 36 hours after i placed the order and then took a further 2 days to arrive so I guess technically the website was right about 2 day delivery, just not so open about lead time for dispatching items. It would be nice when ordering if they were more open about dispatch times as this matters when you need items quickly. To make matters worse they sent the wrong parts. I ordered a pair of wing mirror cases in primer, Drivers and passenger side. I received the drivers rear case and front cover (not what I ordered). No passenger case to be seen. The body shop who had my van were not happy with the delay and charged me an extra £50 as they had to clean their guns out and then clean their guns out and then paint the mirror cases when they finally arrived. I didn't see why I should be out of pocket because of Veedub's mistake so I contacted Customer Services. To be fair the guy I spoke to was genuine, apologised for their mistake and told me I would need to return the incorrect item. I thought to save time, if I was to buy the passenger side front cover, can I keep the drivers they sent by mistake as a sweetener for cocking my order up in the first place. This front cover has a value of approx. £8.99. Bearing in mind their mistake just cost me an extra £50 and I was going to pay for the additional front cover I didn't actually need, I thought this was a fair deal and the guy said he would need to check with the boss, so I was very surprised when they he came back and said no, we can't give you the cover but we can will give you 10% off. A value of 89p. I told the guy I was going to order new headlights, rear lights, Auto Lights, Interior Trim, and more and they risk losing that order with a value of a GRAND but they said no, we cannot give you something of that value, WTF... Good to see a company who places Customer Service at the top of their priority list. Rather than worrying about losing £8 (probably less) they have now lost out on a much bigger order and I am kitting my T5 out elsewhere.

Hi Adam, Many thanks for you feedback. We strive to provide the best customer service possible and I’m sorry you don’t feel you received this. After looking into this for you I can see that your order was placed on the 30/10/18 at 14:08. Our cut off point for same day dispatch is 14:00, as explained on our Delivery Info/Costs page, so your order was processed and dispatched the following working day on a 2 working day service. We can’t apologise enough that you received an incorrect item, I have looked into this also and can see that you contacted us in regards to receiving the incorrect item on the 1/11/18. Our Customer Services team replied to your support ticket and a replacement for the correct item was swiftly booked on, along with a link to a pre-paid label for the return of the incorrect item. I have spoken to our Customer Services team and they have advised that we were told the garage would apply additional charges if the replacement item was not sent before the weekend. We addressed this matter accordingly and ensured the item was sent to you for delivery on Friday 2nd, which after checking the tracking info I can confirm was the case. With this in mind, we were under the impression that no additional charges were added as the correct item was delivered in time. I have brought many things from veedub in the last few weeks and the parts and service has been great however I bought some roof bars and they were a poor standard and fitting kit in complete not the standard i except from veedub.

Purchased the curtain kit for my T6 and on the website it says To ensure a perfect fit a slight modification may be necessary. This is not true a slight modification is not you will need to cut and hammer everyone to fit The side doors have a curve on each end you will need to hammer out to fit correctly and the rest are too long so you will need to cut them down And to finish it off when you order the black curtains you will get GREY rails so on a black van it looks ugly I would not recommend these for your T6

Hi Richard, Sorry you were not happy with your purchase. To clarify our curtain rails are pre-bent to follow the contour of the van and sometimes may need only a slight alteration to follow the contours perfectly. If you had issues beyond this you should've contacted our customer services team who wouldv'e checked you were fitting the rails to the correct side of the van and if you were they would've sent out replacements to resolve the problem as what you are stating is not what should have to be done to fit our curtain kits. We sell thousands of curtain kits so it may be that you got a set with 'rogue' rails, get in touch and we will sort it for you. Regards Vee Dub

Very disappointed with the seat covers for the £150 I paid. Reported it to EE dub not heard anything awful fitting . I should of just paid the £30 for general covers would have not fit any worse

 We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the seat covers you have received from ourselves. Our T4 seat covers are made for the standard seats, and we haven’t had any fitting issues with the standard seats before.

 We can see your initial email that was sent to us on the 8th of June where you reported that you were having issues with your products. However, contrary to your review, we did get in touch the following day but didn’t hear back from you until this past Sunday. Again, our customer services team have replied to your latest email, although we are yet to receive a reply. 

As per our Customer Service’s email, if you could please send over some images of the issues you are experiencing we can take a look into this for you.

I can see on our support system that you are already in contact with our Logistics team who are looking into this for you, and we hope to get this resolved for you as soon as possible. I can also see that there was an attempt to deliver by the courier, however this wasn't successful as no-one was present to accept the delivery. Good fit of seat covers untill you try and zip the zippers and tie the loops to keep in place, most zips I couldnt zip up and loops were fraying at seams. Items sent back for full refund. Great customer care team.

 Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you received a sub-standard product from ourselves. Our seat covers are usually a really tight fit, which is essential in providing the quality fit that they offer, however they shouldn’t be too tight and fraying like your set was.

 Our seat covers are constantly received great reviews, however it seems that in this case you received a rogue set and we apologise for this.

Item was poorly packaged, which lead to it being damaged,I ended up repairing it myself. Emailed to explain the item was damaged but have had no response

Poor packing. the parts fell out as the postman handed them to me, one side of box split end to end,the other split half way. The rail ends were far from ready to fit. the bends must have been bent with a mallet, with fish tail ends. The end bungs could never fit flat ends.One rail was 50 mm too short, it was replaced with one 25 mm too long.The holes were too small and put in at random, what a dogs dinner.It took me,a skilled toolmaker, eight hrs. to fit. The side curtains were ok but tailgate were only 25 mm longer than side ones. This is my first bad review ever. The rails need inspection before sent. Ian Henderson 12 Oct 2017

After market T4 front mud flaps, very poor design, you have to drill through the front wheel arches, very floppy materiel. Save your money up and buy the real thing.

Hi Paul, sorry you weren't happy with how these fit but our fitting video advises how to fit them. Not sure why you weren't happy with the quality of the product as it gets rated five stars regularly by our customers. Wrong part sent out . Wouldn't send correct one until wrong one was received back(despite having received photo showing error. Curtain rail for rear barn doors on T6. Poor fit. Your response is to bend it. It is way out and has to have a bend which creeses the track channel

Rear mudflaps poor fit, Not pleasant to look at from the rear impossible align. Ended up with numerous drill holes in my arch liner, will not fit these to my brand new camper. I'm looking for a refund please

Hi Alan, sorry you felt the need to leave a 1 star review, if you would like a refund simply contact our customer services team on 0800 292 2005 option 2 and they will be happy to help. In terms of the fit of the mudflaps did you follow our fitting video guide to get the nice snug fit, if you did the only thing I can think of is you have a T6 with a tailgate and because of the different rear bumper profile our mudflaps don't fit, we do specify this on the listing when you buy them. Get in touch either way and we will assist in resolving this thanks.

Side bars delivered no bolts no fitting instructions garage removed parts under van ready to fit but couldn't due to the above which cost £66.00 labour charge and needed to rebook when bits turned up

Hi Shaun, Sorry you were missing parts and instructions from your order, we did get this resolved within 24 hours of having the issue reported to us. We do send a link to our fitting videos after you place an order so you can follow them to fit your item hence we don't include paper instructions in the box. In relation to having to re-book to get the bars fitted we did in fact deliver your item 2 weeks before we were advised of missing parts which gave ample time to check you weren't missing anything before making the booking but hopefully all is resolved now!

You blamed me for getting the first order wrong you said you would ring me back when the T5 dash board things come back into stock but I had to ring you you have now made me pay again and still got it rong by sending me a t6 dashboard kit which just goes to show how you got it wrong the first time and it was easy to blame me the customer and charge me a second time an still no phone call for anyone once this gets sorted I will never use you again and I would advise anyone using your company to be very careful and check your order as they are very easy blaming you the customer

We purchased some front & rear mud flaps for our VW Transporter T6 9 seat minibus. When they arrived the front were fine but the rear ones weren't even nearly close to fitting correctly. I called to discuss this I was told it was down to customer services to solve & they supposedly put me & was put through to an answer phone. I left it a couple of days & heard nothing so I emailed the company using their address from their website. Up to date still no reply. These people will not be getting any business from me again & I have just purchased 4 more VW's for my business. WOULD NOT RECOMEND !!

Hi Steve, sorry your rear mudflaps didn't fit correctly, you were advised to send us images so we could help identify the issue and help you to resolve it but we didn't receive these, I have also chased up your complaint about customer services response times and whilst I can't see your phone call record I have seen that you emailed us via our website on 17/3/2017 at 13:57 and Ollie in customer services responded at 15:26 (within 90 minutes) to offer his assistance, there was no further correspondence from yourself! so whilst we appreciate you weren't satisfied with the product customer services did all they could to speedily assist you in resolving the issue but didn't hear back from you.
