Ordered a t5.1 bonnet bra really poor quality, printed checks not individual squares . Have had to jump through hoops to get refund back. Customer service slow to reply.

The seal i had bought would NOT stick at all. I had done it when it was still warm and the metal was dry and it still would not stick. For the amount I paid i expected better. The internal seal was also too long and needed to be cut down but this was not an easy process and ended up cutting about 2cm too short. For the price paid I expected more but this is ti be expected from something that you cant return after TWO days.

I contacted vee Dub in Ocober 2019 to replace a broken coil over for a lowering kit purchased from them. I had to chase them over and over for this a finally got the replacment in the second week of January 2020. My van had been off the road since so very disappointed with the service. However on the positive when dealt by Ollie in sales, finally I got the spring needed. Garry smith Gary.

Hi Garry, Thank you for your review. I have taken a look into this for you. I can see the initial ticket was set up for you on the 23rd October, however we did not have any reply from you, this was also set up with a different email address, so this may have been the reason. You then contacted us on the 6th December, in which my colleague replied to ask whether it was both springs or just the one that you required, we did not hear back from you to confirm this until the 8th of January . It was then a week later that you confirmed which address that you would like the replacement to be sent to. With this all being said, after we had all of the correct information that we needed to process the replacement, the turn around for this was three days and we emailed to advised that Bilstein were going to drop ship the goods to you. I am sorry that you feel let down and that our service wasn't satisfactory for you, however we could only proceed with the replacement as soon as we had everything we needed to do so. Hi Mr Taylor, Thank you for your review. After looking into this for you, I can see that you are still in talks with our customer service team. Unfortunately it does look like you received a short seal, please accept our apologies for this. Of course if we had been made aware we could have rectified this and sent another one out to you, however the shorter seal has been fitted and another order for seal was placed by yourself. Unfortunately as you contacted us regarding this 2 months after the item was purchased and received, we are more than entitled to investigate this through image requests etc. to come to a conclusion. The product description does state how long the item should be, and we do ask our customers to check all items within a reasonable time scale to report issues or damage. Should the item have been checked before fitting or before the purchase of the second set of seal, this could have been rectified for you. Our customer services team will be in touch shortly. I ordered side bars from this company, the wrong colour bars turned up with the wrong brackets. Was forced to send photos of the error as i was not trusted to be telling the truth about the matter, costing me time and money. They then told me that it was my responsibility to pay for the return and only one company would take them due to the length of the parcel. I refused to do this and demanded that they come and pick them up which they did quite quickly and eventually apologised offering no better service after the fact. Overall not happy with the way i was spoken to and felt like i was dealing with a non professional firm in general.

The item I purchased turned out to be for a different model than mine. The web page was a bit confusing to me. I have tried without success so far to get a return code via phone or the link for returns. So a bit disappointed to be honest., I’m sure it’ll get sorted eventually. But I guess I’ll have to do the chasing. 1 out of five on this occasion 🙏

These handles aren't too good. They don't lock into the door properly as there isn't enough space between the bottom clip and body of handle. Slightly delicate also.

Not happy 😊 I asked sales person for a matching barn door carbon fibre strip to match the one I bought from you for bumper he told me they were the same when it came it was not a match so I phoned up another salesman said sorry that is all we do !!!

Hi Andrew, Thankyou for your review. It is nice to have feedback from our customers. I have looked into your order and any correspondence after. I can see that you received the bumper protector but you unfortunately were missing the wipe. You emailed in advising us of the missing wipe and our customer service team replied to your email half an hour later advising that we can of course have a wipe sent out to you, but if you wanted to fit the bumper protector sooner you can use a high alcohol content liquid. Item arrived on time but some straps already had the thread holding them fraying and then as we drove along the bonnet cover was blowing up and filling with air as it couldn’t be tightened properly so we will be sending it back.

I ordered from VeeDub, 4 wheel hub stickers 90mm, turns out that they only do 65mm, instead of emailing me or a phone call to advise me of this they just sent me the 65mm which is not the what I require. I phoned VeeDub and got a female in the parts department, I explained my order etc but no matter what I said the lady kept saying we don't do 90mm. You can return the goods for a rebate. If I was to return the good (cost of goods £6.odds) and postage £3.85 which is not refundable, well this is hardly worth the bother for £6.odds but they should never sent the 65mm in the first place. In my view this is bad practice by VeeDub. Most annoyed and now not a company that I would use again. J.Macauley

Hi John, Many thanks for your review. please accept our apologies that we do not supply the 90mm Hub Stickers that you require. We haven't ever stocked this item. I have listened to the phone call that you had with one of my colleagues and the advise she has given you is correct. You mentioned about ordering them some months ago also and having received the incorrect ones, this is the case as we do not have any alternative to send you, it does state on the website that we only do the 60mm caps and we do advise that our customers measure there centre caps first to ensure that they will fit. Unfortunately as we were not aware that you needed the 90mm caps until your phone call, after the order had been delivered, we would not have known to give you a curtesy call to say that we do not stock the item you need. After receiving my goods I have to say how disappointed I was at the quality of the items, especially the flimsy cheap looking wind deflectors. The chrome fuel cap cover doesn't actually appear to be chrome but chrome effect with extremely sharp edges that i had to file to make safe, i imagine it will now rust on the unfinished edges after filing. the only thing that seems worth the money is are the garlands! having been told i need to cover the return costs of the wind deflectors and they have to be returned well packaged (unlike how they were delivered) the total being £17.50 I have decided to fleabay them instead. Would i use Vdubs again.....................never. I imagine the same quality of goods are available from Fleabay and much cheaper.

Hi Paul, Many thanks for your feedback. I have had a look into this, and i would firstly like to apologies that the incorrect bars were sent out to you. This is human error and unfortunately does sometimes occur. I see that you did contact customer service to have this rectified, and we arranged a collection with Tuffnells to get the incorrect bars back and the correct dispatched and this is where most of trouble was. I see my colleagues had quite a bit of trouble getting through to Tuffnells that week due to their lack of staff and a lot of miss communication to say the least. I can only apologies on their behalf for the delay in the collection and all of the confusion. Please accept our utmost apologies for this. I can assure you that we did everything we could to get this rectified for you.
