Item arrived on time but some straps already had the thread holding them fraying and then as we drove along the bonnet cover was blowing up and filling with air as it couldn’t be tightened properly so we will be sending it back.

Incomplete order ordered 2 pair of chrome indicator bulbs only relieved one pair, phoned sales team told to email photograph of item? No reply!!

I have looked into this and I can see that you did contact out customer service team and make us aware of the item being sent incorrectly, you also mentioned that you did not want to swap it for the correct item as your van was white so you were willing to keep it. I ordered from VeeDub, 4 wheel hub stickers 90mm, turns out that they only do 65mm, instead of emailing me or a phone call to advise me of this they just sent me the 65mm which is not the what I require. I phoned VeeDub and got a female in the parts department, I explained my order etc but no matter what I said the lady kept saying we don't do 90mm. You can return the goods for a rebate. If I was to return the good (cost of goods £6.odds) and postage £3.85 which is not refundable, well this is hardly worth the bother for £6.odds but they should never sent the 65mm in the first place. In my view this is bad practice by VeeDub. Most annoyed and now not a company that I would use again. J.Macauley

Hi John, Many thanks for your review. please accept our apologies that we do not supply the 90mm Hub Stickers that you require. We haven't ever stocked this item. I have listened to the phone call that you had with one of my colleagues and the advise she has given you is correct. You mentioned about ordering them some months ago also and having received the incorrect ones, this is the case as we do not have any alternative to send you, it does state on the website that we only do the 60mm caps and we do advise that our customers measure there centre caps first to ensure that they will fit. Unfortunately as we were not aware that you needed the 90mm caps until your phone call, after the order had been delivered, we would not have known to give you a curtesy call to say that we do not stock the item you need. After receiving my goods I have to say how disappointed I was at the quality of the items, especially the flimsy cheap looking wind deflectors. The chrome fuel cap cover doesn't actually appear to be chrome but chrome effect with extremely sharp edges that i had to file to make safe, i imagine it will now rust on the unfinished edges after filing. the only thing that seems worth the money is are the garlands! having been told i need to cover the return costs of the wind deflectors and they have to be returned well packaged (unlike how they were delivered) the total being £17.50 I have decided to fleabay them instead. Would i use Vdubs again.....................never. I imagine the same quality of goods are available from Fleabay and much cheaper.

Hi Paul, Many thanks for your feedback. I have had a look into this, and i would firstly like to apologies that the incorrect bars were sent out to you. This is human error and unfortunately does sometimes occur. I see that you did contact customer service to have this rectified, and we arranged a collection with Tuffnells to get the incorrect bars back and the correct dispatched and this is where most of trouble was. I see my colleagues had quite a bit of trouble getting through to Tuffnells that week due to their lack of staff and a lot of miss communication to say the least. I can only apologies on their behalf for the delay in the collection and all of the confusion. Please accept our utmost apologies for this. I can assure you that we did everything we could to get this rectified for you.

Hi Emma, Many thanks for your feedback. I would like to offer our utmost apologies for the inconvenience caused. Of course using couriers, damage to our items does unfortunately happen sometimes, however we do try our best to package our products the best we can to ensure they reach our customers in the same condition that they left us in. I have looked into our system with regards to your correspondence with our customer service and logistics team. I do feel that there was room for improvement here, I have spoken with my colleagues about this. Unfortunately human error does occur which it was seems to have happened with the swap over being made from the wrong address. We did of course offer to replace the second damage item that you received. I believe that you have requested to have a refund rather than a replacement product and I will ensure that the refund is processed as soon as the item is collected from yourself. Most horrendous experience trying to return an item they sent me by mistake, three times they have let me down saying they will collect, £300 lost earnings, please help van pimp or I will never use you again

Got some windows the openers are 10mm on the slant. This is ment to be according to customer service! It look bad. I’m a builder and have never had widow on the slant for water run off. In my option they should be watertight and need no run off. Not happy with the look or the customer service ☹️Shame as was recommended.

Hi Stephen, Thank you for your feedback. Please accept our apologies that you are not happy with the window that you have received. Our T5 opening windows are meant to be like this and we have provided you with the technical drawings from our supplier. The fact that the window tapers from front to back makes it impossible for the opening section to sit square, whether you are looking at it from the inside or outside. This is the case with most aftermarket windows available, as well as the OEM Volkswagen windows. The windows aren’t slanted to help with water run off in particularly, but are slanted to help with the overall appearance of the glass, other wise it would look square on the inside and not the outside, or vice versa. We feel that the way these are manufactured gives the best possible outcome and are constantly receiving positive reviews for one of our best selling items. Seriously unimpressed. I ordered a set of T4 Vectors. They arrived reasonably promptly and that is as good as it got. They may well be a good item but arrived with no parts list and no instructions whatsoever. I raised this via the website contact form and got zero reply. I then emailed - no reply. I then escalated the issue and was told the contact form and email 'hadn't been seen'. Really? How does that work exactly? I was then supplied with a tiny, incomplete pdf of some images with no explanation, still no instructions. Still no parts list. I complained again. I was then sent some images of some of the parts which didn't really help - I can see the parts in the box on my table. Together with the same useless pdf. Still no instructions, still no parts list. These items are clearly sold as a DIY fit - with over 60 brackets, parts, nuts, bolts etc in the box and no instructions or parts list that is hopeless service. To then back it up with such poor after-sales service is unacceptable. I won't be using Veedub Transporters again and don't recommend anybody else does either Kevin Bell

Apologies you did not receive a reply to your first enquiry, unfortunately this did not pull into our ticketing system from our websites ‘contact us’ form, an issue that we have since looked to rectify. We sent you a copy of our PDF instructions and also images of all the brackets with the relevant fixings, all broke down so you were able to see which fixings went where and how they should look. The PDF sent also has a parts list at the top of it. Check bonnet bra for T6 camper Wrong picked item first Wrong address for second item Disappointed Very poor quality print is very patchy Did not fit and not enough core to attach as per instructional video. Now have to send photos to show how bad it is before I can return. Waste of time, waste of money. Just want my money back.

I ordered a set of wing mirror covers whilst my van was being painted. The website says they will be delivered within 2 days. Item was not dispatched until 36 hours after i placed the order and then took a further 2 days to arrive so I guess technically the website was right about 2 day delivery, just not so open about lead time for dispatching items. It would be nice when ordering if they were more open about dispatch times as this matters when you need items quickly. To make matters worse they sent the wrong parts. I ordered a pair of wing mirror cases in primer, Drivers and passenger side. I received the drivers rear case and front cover (not what I ordered). No passenger case to be seen. The body shop who had my van were not happy with the delay and charged me an extra £50 as they had to clean their guns out and then clean their guns out and then paint the mirror cases when they finally arrived. I didn't see why I should be out of pocket because of Veedub's mistake so I contacted Customer Services. To be fair the guy I spoke to was genuine, apologised for their mistake and told me I would need to return the incorrect item. I thought to save time, if I was to buy the passenger side front cover, can I keep the drivers they sent by mistake as a sweetener for cocking my order up in the first place. This front cover has a value of approx. £8.99. Bearing in mind their mistake just cost me an extra £50 and I was going to pay for the additional front cover I didn't actually need, I thought this was a fair deal and the guy said he would need to check with the boss, so I was very surprised when they he came back and said no, we can't give you the cover but we can will give you 10% off. A value of 89p. I told the guy I was going to order new headlights, rear lights, Auto Lights, Interior Trim, and more and they risk losing that order with a value of a GRAND but they said no, we cannot give you something of that value, WTF... Good to see a company who places Customer Service at the top of their priority list. Rather than worrying about losing £8 (probably less) they have now lost out on a much bigger order and I am kitting my T5 out elsewhere.

Hi Adam, Many thanks for you feedback. We strive to provide the best customer service possible and I’m sorry you don’t feel you received this. After looking into this for you I can see that your order was placed on the 30/10/18 at 14:08. Our cut off point for same day dispatch is 14:00, as explained on our Delivery Info/Costs page, so your order was processed and dispatched the following working day on a 2 working day service. We can’t apologise enough that you received an incorrect item, I have looked into this also and can see that you contacted us in regards to receiving the incorrect item on the 1/11/18. Our Customer Services team replied to your support ticket and a replacement for the correct item was swiftly booked on, along with a link to a pre-paid label for the return of the incorrect item. I have spoken to our Customer Services team and they have advised that we were told the garage would apply additional charges if the replacement item was not sent before the weekend. We addressed this matter accordingly and ensured the item was sent to you for delivery on Friday 2nd, which after checking the tracking info I can confirm was the case. With this in mind, we were under the impression that no additional charges were added as the correct item was delivered in time. I have brought many things from veedub in the last few weeks and the parts and service has been great however I bought some roof bars and they were a poor standard and fitting kit in complete not the standard i except from veedub.

Purchased the curtain kit for my T6 and on the website it says To ensure a perfect fit a slight modification may be necessary. This is not true a slight modification is not you will need to cut and hammer everyone to fit The side doors have a curve on each end you will need to hammer out to fit correctly and the rest are too long so you will need to cut them down And to finish it off when you order the black curtains you will get GREY rails so on a black van it looks ugly I would not recommend these for your T6

Hi Richard, Sorry you were not happy with your purchase. To clarify our curtain rails are pre-bent to follow the contour of the van and sometimes may need only a slight alteration to follow the contours perfectly. If you had issues beyond this you should've contacted our customer services team who wouldv'e checked you were fitting the rails to the correct side of the van and if you were they would've sent out replacements to resolve the problem as what you are stating is not what should have to be done to fit our curtain kits. We sell thousands of curtain kits so it may be that you got a set with 'rogue' rails, get in touch and we will sort it for you. Regards Vee Dub

Very disappointed with the seat covers for the £150 I paid. Reported it to EE dub not heard anything awful fitting . I should of just paid the £30 for general covers would have not fit any worse

 We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the seat covers you have received from ourselves. Our T4 seat covers are made for the standard seats, and we haven’t had any fitting issues with the standard seats before.

 We can see your initial email that was sent to us on the 8th of June where you reported that you were having issues with your products. However, contrary to your review, we did get in touch the following day but didn’t hear back from you until this past Sunday. Again, our customer services team have replied to your latest email, although we are yet to receive a reply. 

As per our Customer Service’s email, if you could please send over some images of the issues you are experiencing we can take a look into this for you.
