“DRL headlights. Poor fit. Had to open paypal dispute to get money refunded. Had to pay return postage even though no fault of mine. The company state 'sourced from Europe ' and they were from Taiwan!!!!!!”

Hi Gary, Just to confirm, upon receipt of your returned headlights they were checked and found to be in perfect condition, they are now fitted to one of our T4's and they look stunning !

“Sharp practice when returning item left me feeling ripped off. Curtains set purchased - barn door curtains are of poor fitment, blackout cab dividers don't cover the whole cab area so aren't actually blackout ( couple of inches short of the floor so light comes in the area it is meant to black out!! Returned the set of curtains purchased, only got refund for the barn door set and the cab divider I complained about. Despite returning the full set as purchased they deny expecting or receiving the full set. They have received the return parcel as they have refunded for part of it so they must have received the rest of the return!! Who would want to keep part of a set of curtains that don't match? Purchased as a set, returned as a set, £86 + postage out of pocket - be warned.”

Hi Jason, As the delivery address on your order is not "UK Mainland" there may be an additional time incurred for TNT to deliver the goods. Tracking details have been sent direct to yourself via email to enable you to track this direct with TNT. I am very sorry that you found it necessary to leave us negative feedback for additional time required to deliver to your address.

“Ordered part on the 2/5/2015, got email order accepted and dispatched the 5/5/2015. This morning still waiting, part has not arrived. I had tried to email Veedubs asking where it was as half baked Hermes site was not updating saying it had not left Vee Deubs. Seems my email went straight into their spam bin? I finally got an email Friday saying it has now finally left? As well it was not something that had the van off the road. Maybe I was just unlucky?”

Many thanks Alasdair for your review, however I do wish to confirm that as your order was placed on the Saturday before the bank holiday weekend this automatically added 3 additional days to your scheduled delivery as we were closed. We are more than happy upon request and payment to ship any item next day delivery. Many thanks Charlotte

Hi Stephen, Thank you for your review, however the 3m tape will only adhere correctly if the surface is 100% dry and grease free, we have several vehicles here with the bumper protector fitted to and my own personal vehicle which has been fitted for 18months now with no problems what so ever.
