Terrible service. Showed up at the place I booked, was told they're no longer a part of Vertoe, and couldn't store my luggage. I then asked Vertoe for a refund, with no response.

I made a reservation and paid using This site… said on their website they made sure the store was open on Friday 26 the day after thanksgiving, so I walked from the Amtrak station to the store cleaners of cleaners just to found out the store was closed. Also like 5 people were there also trying to store their bags there

Proprietors like the one I dealt with at Chicago Cobblers will ruin your business! To say he was aggressively rude would be to vastly understate things. Let me explain: I booked storage for two suitcases. My suitcase was a small carry-on, one that has measurements even smaller than the European limits. My friend had the other suitcase, which was also of the smaller variety, the half-size type that flight attendants use. He also was carrying a soft-sided briefcase, and I had a small nylon bag that used drawstrings for closure. When we arrived at Chicago Cobblers, the (presumed) owner was curt from the start. I asked him if it would be okay if I tied the nylon bag to the suitcase. I was prepared to just take the bag with me if necessary, but the way things went, I didn't actually get the opportunity because the owner immediately began to loudly berate me, complaining that he made no money from storing suitcases through your company and that I was cheating him of money if I was to have him ignore my small bag. He bragged that he was doing better by getting his own storage customers on his own and not through companies like yours. He ranted loudly about this for awhile, but then said that he would give us a deal and my friend could store his suitcase and briefcase if he paid $10 cash. I started to object to his obvious dismissal of the Vertoe agreement, but my friend wanted to defuse situation and get us away from this abrasive guy, so he quickly handed him the cash. Now, I need to point out that what I was asking for was definitely reasonable. Just two months ago I was in LA, and I was traveling with the same little suitcase and nylon bag. I used a different storage company than yours to book storage for my suitcase for the afternoon. When I got to the establishment that would store my suitcase I asked the same question: would it be alright if I tied the nylon bag to the suitcase and leave it that way. This owner did not throw a fit and begin yelling at me, but instead was quite nice and said that this would be no problem at all. I tell you this so that you know that my request was not out of line. The guy at Chicago Cobblers does not deserve to be in business, and if he is indicative of your other storage establishments, then Vertoe is not a company that can ever get my business nor endorsement.

I made a reservation and tried to cancel it but the website wouldn’t allow me. So I reached out to customer service via email and the only response I kept getting was “we received your message and someone will reach out to you as soon as possible” and I heard nothing since.

First place where we payed was closed and the store next to it offered to store our baggage but it was scamy. We have refused to leave our baggage with stranger

Horrible service. Bait and switch. They won’t provide the address until you paid. Once the location was shown it was across town from where I was. Horrible

We were appalled when we realized that our luggage just sat out in a busy souvenir store and was not stored in a more secure location. I will go more research on other options next time!

I rarely write reviews, but this time I need to: when I arrived to the deli in which I was supposed to leave my bag a very unfriendly lady told me that my bag was to big and that I would have to pay 10$ additional cash to her. Then she told me that the day after, when I was supposed to get my luggage, they would be closed. Finally, one day later I got a mail by Vertoe informing me that this deli did not exist anymore and that they would offer me an alternative (for the previous day). Keep away from this company, it‘s just scam!

A horrible experience. They took my money and I rode in a taxi 45 minutes to drop off the bag and they were not there. I called and they said it was a three day weekend and they'd decided to close on Monday without posting the change in hours. I still haven't been refunded. Just terrible.

the opening hours of the place I was storing my luggage were inaccurate and I had to return to pick my bags up early, at huge inconvenience.

When I arrive to the shop where I was supposed to let my luggage, the shop was close. I send immediately an email and I get an answer 1 hour and 20 minutes later. I asked for my money back but no answer.

I went to the store and the guy first acted like he had no clue what vertoe was. Then when i showed him my phone and explained what I needed, he asked about a confirmation number. I showed him the number I was given and he looked at me and said no the other one. When I asked where I could find the other number he said I don't know. I asked if there was any way he could help me and he said no. So I had to leave and find another day locker. I will NEVER use this again. It was a waste of my time and money. INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED

App sells a safe spot, you have to down load app and make appointment..... then and only then they reveal the actual location. How stupid is that??? Now I have my bag and have to walk 10 blocks to a "weird supermarket" as if I would walk that far and leave my stuff with "Who knows". I truly hope I made some kind of error and this is really not their business plan. Good idea Vertoe but sure didn't make any sense to me.... I decided to just go to the Seattle Art Museum and check my bags in there..... lord knows that if they can protect a Claude Monet my bag will be safe AND FREE.

They took my money and when I got to my location the storage facility was closed. Spent all day with luggage downtown and money still hasn’t been put back into my account even after emailing about the issue.
