When I went to pick up my luggage for the airport there was a sign on the door that said "Be back in 25 minutes". Not a good feeling....

We ended up having to wait 30 minutes for the owner to come let us in because the owner was never notified by vertoe that we had booked so security made us wait. Which then led to us being late to a booked spot at a nearby museum which lost us money for our spots. It was a stressful start to a trip for sure

Sooooo bad keeping Survice. No locking There are so many drag guys. And front women’s are not taking mask every time. There are crazy area.

I bought the service in Houston, I rented a lock for a couple of hours, paid online over their website, after the payment the company provide me the address of the locker, I took a uber to the location when I showed up the place was CLOSED, the address was 2001 Commerce BLVD in Houston, it was 9:30 in the morning, I end up renting a car and left my bags inside of it while I visited the city... It was 11 dolares wasted.

Unfortunately I had booking and payment proof on phone but employee said it wasnt on system had to wait 40 minutes only when other employee arrived was able to sort it on system.

It’s not a locker it’s just a guy in midtown watching your bag behind a counter. So sketchy. Will never use again!!

I'm sorry for your experience. Our model is that the luggage is stored in store's extra storage space. We do provide a tamper proof seal to secure luggage, as well as a $5,000 insurance guarantee.

I just arrived from abroad and use this Vertoe suggested by Sonder. I rented and paid for three luggage at 140 Centre, NY in Chinatown while I was at the airport. It claimed that the hours are at 7 - 5 pm everyday. However, I found that it has been shut down and no sign of openning that day. The store was dark and locked. We tried to call the number provided at the front door, but no one pick it up. This was a bad experience for me, so please refund my money since I never had this service delivered as promised.

I found the booking misleading as I thought it was close to Charing Cross, it wasn’t it was near Holborn. The place was a newsagent which was not what I was expecting and it was shut, I had to be somewhere at 9:30 - I rang your number and presumably the owner answered and said he was on his way & would be there in 10- 15 mins. I waited nearly 1/2 an hour and gave up & left with my bag. I had to get a taxi as I was late. So I wasted time and money and still had to take my suitcase with me. I’d appreciate a refund of the money.

The two individuals that helped me while dropping off and picking up weren't wearing masks. So that's 1 star automatically. Also they didn't seem to be able to find me in their system after I paid for the service prior to coming in. Also try putting a sign on the door as a double check that that is in fact the place to drop off your stuff because the picture could be a little more clear as where you should go. But technically they did what I paid them to do, so that's a win I guess

It was a terrible experience. Don’t waste your time like I did. Walked to the place only to be told “Who do that? What they charge? I’ll do it for less.” Really?! I have a shoulder injury I’m recovering from and having to carry my bag all over may well have set the healing process back. Thanks for nothing but stress. I contact the company, they said they’d get back to me...they did only to ask for a review! I’ll take it up with my bank for the refund, since I doubt this company will even reply back to me. Beware! Make other arrangements, this seriously impacted my trip.

I was looking for a place to store my bags near station Lionel grouxl in Montreal. I was sent a good hour away from my destination. I wouldn’t use this again. It costed me more time than money.

My trip was cancelled, Cancelling The luggage service was impossible, I sent multiple emails, even contacted the luggage place just to find out they are unable to cancel since reservation was made through this service. Very unhappy.

Booked online, everything paid for, show up in the middle of Los Angeles with three big heavy bags and the location that we paid for and paid for transportation to was apparently closed. I called the phone number that was provided in confirmation and the guy was completely unhelpful - just said they were closed and didn’t know how I managed to book it. Ended up having to trudge through LA for 6 hours with a suitcase and two huge bags. Terrible experience, very unprofessional.

Booked through this site in long beach, got to the destination they told me and it was closed. Gates and all... no answer from the number, no response to email. Couldn't cancel. No number to reach the Vertoe service. Emailed them and waiting for a response and a refund.

Very disappointed that you provide so little information about the distance to the storage facility - I do not regard a walk of 15-17 minutes to be ‘near’ when I have a heavy bag and this information was not provided until I had booked. Dragging my bag that far in a city I didn’t know, with the risk of getting lost on the way - Google Maps directions were very unhelpful - I simply gave up and went back to the station and left my luggage there. Total waste of money, will not be using again.

The service was too convenient. When I came back to pick up my bags, I pointed to them and the employee let me take them without verifying ownership at all. And so had never seen the man before. I could have taken any bags I wanted, it seemed.

I booked storage for my suitcases in Fort Lauderdale I was them sent an address in Miami. I called the number asking why and they said there were no storage locations in Fortlauderdale very misleading. Tried to cancel my order wouldn’t work. Can you please make sure the credit card charge does not go through? 5197177537 sue

Hi Susan, We have issued you a refund for this order We do not have locations in Fort Lauderdale yet, but are looking to expand there soon. Since Miami is close by, the website showed locations there as an option to book. While, we show mileage estimates to where the nearest location is, I can see how that might be overlooked. I think that's likely how you ended up with a location in Miami. I'm sorry for any confusion on our part. Do not use this! I’m pretty sure it’s a scam. I reserved my locker and upon trying to find the location I could not. I searched the area several times and asked several employees at local companies if they knew where it was or if they had heard of it before but no one had a clue. When I emailed to get a refund all I got was “rate your service” clearly.....it was t great. Don’t recommend. Never got a refund and had to lug my things around the city until I could check into my Air B&B.
