“Once I arrived at the baggage drop location, it was closed. I was terrified. The support team helped me to find a new location a few blocks away with no extra cost. My 5 stars is for the support team.”

“The facility in Paris was excellent ! Well placed, nice welcome, helpful person, clean and spacey storage room. To be recommended (if you can carry your baggage on stairs. However the responsible offers and provided hell, if needed. We thank him!”

“This was a lifesaver... sooo happy to have found this smart service! I was in Seattle and my flight was changed so I had no home base for all of my luggage and was with my 10-year-old. We were able to drop off all of our stuff with no worries and explore Seattle for the entire day and see all the sights. It was an absolute life-saver!”

“Excellent friendly service in the shop. Good location and saved us from carrying our cases around on the last day, before our flight home. Easy-to-use platform and I was able to amend the booking without any problem. Would happily use Vertoe again.”
