“I had a great experience using Vertoe. Let me tell my story and experience about the first time using Vertue: Since I wasn't exactly aware of how luggage check in and out works I was a bit skeptical at first and the shop owners weren't too informative either - I was given a luggage tag and told I should take a photo of it, I was given no other written confirmation of the luggage check-in. That's mostly my fault to not have read up about the whole process in detail. Later in the evening at the hotel, when I figured out the photo is for checking in the luggage via the app myself, I realised that there was no way to add an existing photo of the tag. So that is my only feedback - unless it's a security issue, I recommend you allow the use of an existing photo to check in via the app, as a way to help with people having no data plan/wifi to check in once they are online next.”

“Wow-this service actually worked! I am so glad I discovered Vertoe, as it solves a constant problem for travelers like me who take an early morning flight to get to a meeting that same day, but can't make it to their hotel to leave their luggage and still make the meeting in another part of town on time. Vertoe made everything very clear, and the business owner who stored my bag was great to deal with as well. This is a brilliant concept, and I'll definitely be a repeat customer.”

“Had a few hours between leaving our apartment and our flight home and used Vertoe for the first time. The bag drop off was near our apartment and the process of booking, dropping off and picking up worked well. Very happy with this service.”
