“This is an excellent service at a very reasonable price. We had a few hours to kill after our Airbnb checkout and didn't want to lug around a suitcase. I was able to make a booking in a few simple steps and was given an address to drop off the luggage. Check in and check out was quick and smooth - hardly took 2 minutes. The staff sanitized the bag before returning it to us.”

“So, I took my bag to Bertie so I didn't have to walk around with it. They were very nice, they checked everything, handled my back pack with care. Ick-up was easy. Yes, I would definitely leave my bag there again. Great customer service.😁”

“La seule inquiétude, c'est que lorsqu'on réserve on ne connaît pas l'adresse où on pourra laisser nos bagages. J'aurais aimé connaître et choisir mon lieu de dépôt des bagages avant de payer et réserver. De plus, le commis à la pharmacie ne connaissait pas l'existence de votre comptoir...2e source de stress pour moi, j'avais payé pour un service qui n'existait pas ??? Finalement, il m'a dit d'aller voir au petit comptoir un peu plus loin et c'était vous mais ouf !!!Informez tout le personnel de la pharmacie de votre service. Merci.”
