“Even though the place looked sketchy, the owner was very friendly and helpful. It seems like owner had to take a lunch break during my pick up time so he called me ahead of time to make arrangements. Will use again in future.”

“The drop off location was suppose to be a Chinese food place? It just didn’t seem right to leave bags there. I wouldn’t ever recommend. I didn’t end of using the service because I didn’t feel comfortable. And since I made the booking work an hour of check in I could not get a refund.”

“It was super nice being able to walk around Boston without carrying all of our stuff! We had a great, central location that just happened to be a convenient store! So we were able to get drinks when we dropped off and picked up!”

“I had cancelled before my check in time for the luggage as i had a change of plans and asked for a refund. No one ever got back to me, and I never got my refund I requested.”

“I cancelled my reservation to hold bags and never received my refund. I contacted Vertoe several times and received several messages indicating that I would be contacted. This never happened.”

“So awesome to have a service like this when there’s gaps between a checkout and flight time!! They were awesome! So kind and professional and assured us that our belongings would be safe. Our luggage was tagged and put in a separate room, when we returned the pick up process was so easy! Would 100% recommend this to anyone.”
