“Somebody had a good idea for a business for people who want to sightsee without carrying large bags or luggage around DC. Once you proceed with booking and designate a general area (close to X metro stop), they provide you with a map with several options. I left my bag at a small business near the National Mall where it was perfectly safe for the day.”

“This is an excellent option to store luggage for the day. We had a 10 hour layover in Oakland and didn’t want to drag around our luggage all day. We booked Vertoe and took Uber to the place where we would leave our luggage. It turned out to be a Liquor store- which I was skeptical about at first. Once we walked into the store with our bags we were greeted by name and it was a great experience. I would book this service again.”

“First time user, very helpful affordable service! Vertoe isn't fancy, but it works. IDEAS: As an idea, I think it would help to have nice Vertoe stickers in the windows of partner businesses. And/or they could give you a Vertoe postcard or business card to formalize the in-person exchange.”
