“Terrible service. I booked 3 lockers at 165 Edgware Road at a store under the name of Prince of London Souvenirs. When I finally found 165 Edgware Road, I was told that the latter store has now closed down and has been replaced with El- Amjad. I had to pay the shop keeper again to let me use the locker service. Clearly there has been some miscommunication between the businesses and the service provider. It is, however, the service providers responsibility to be well informed to provide their customers with a seamless service. Disappointing…”

“There was no lock and it seemed unsafe. He just put a small string around the bag and put it in a small closet and told us to leave. We told him we don't feel it's safe enough. He was rude and started shouting that he has a lot of insurance and told us to leave. Ultimately we decided to leave the place and not store our bags there because it was unsafe and the guy was just insanely rude and shouting.”

“Making a reservation very easy, but canceling, is very questionable, I left a message to the phone number provided, my plans changed at the ver last minute, and to this date I’m still waiting for someone to call me back. Very disappointed”

“Was super easy and convenient as we our hotel checkout was 11 and our train was at 5. We arrived a couple hours earlier to pick up luggage and had no problem! Overall a great experience and will be using again”

“PERFECT!!! The gift shop has an extended shedule, 9:00am to 9:00pm minimum and it is just across the street to Port Authority bus station. Shop boys are friendly and servicial. The security with the luggage is also correct. They put the suitcase in an special space at the back of the shop. We recommend it 100%!!!”
