“The hostel’s duty officer was very friendly. The entire drop-off procedure was smooth and fast. Even I arrive the hostel earlier than its operating hours, I was still entertained without complaint. Will absolutely try next time when visiting DC again!!”

“I was skeptical at first because I had never heard of this service. That skepticism went away and was very impressed at how easy it was to use Vertoe. The location that we stored our luggage at was amazing. Person at the counter was very friendly and even let us hang out for 10-15 mins while we waited for our Lyft to our next Airbnb. Also super cool that you can cancel if your plans change. Definitely recommend Vertoe.”

“We had to check out of our Airbnb at 11 am and our flight was not until 7 at night. This was a perfect solution for us. It is a short taxi ride from the airport and also fairly close to Arlington Cemetery. Leaving our bags gave us a chance to enjoy the day. It was easy and quick and our taxi waited for us.”

“Worked great, even after I by mistake booked it for 30 minutes instead of the intended 24 hours, I wrote an email and a few minutes later received an answer and a full refund when I rebooked. Couldn’t have been happier”
