“I gave them my luggage, they held it for me, and I was able to retrieve it about 8 hours later after seeing the city. Interesting concept for smaller stores to make some extra cash. I would imagine reliability would fluctuate depending the store, but I think it's safe because they can be held liable for the losses ($5k insurance on each piece of luggage). This was a very convenient and reasonably priced service without which I wouldn't have seen as much of NYC (or at least not in a great mood). Thanks!”

“The whole process was very easy. I dropped off my suitcase, took a picture of the tag that was provided for the suitcase, showed them the picture when I returned several hours later and picked up my luggage. Would definitely use this service again.”

“Easy and convenient. Other reviews said the location was closed when booked - that sounds like maybe a problem with the app rather than the location. Since there are free cancellations, and this was my most convenient location, I went ahead and booked. Once booked I got the specific location and verified it was open online. It was. The staff at the location was helpful and I really appreciated the service.”

“Was a bit nervous using this service in London but the alternative was lumping a heavy backpack around London so took a chance. Was delighted with how easy it was to book and find my storage place, was slightly different from other reviews in that no photos taken and tag wasn’t wound around the zips... but all intact on my return later that evening. Would use again for sure.”

“The location that we used for luggage storage through Vertoe was exactly where we needed to stow our luggage for the day. The rate was reasonable and the building had a locking door we had to get buzzed in through. Zipties with a serial number were also provided to ensure the luggage had not been tampered with while left there. Great experience, and reasonable rate!”
