Awful awful service! Today is the forth time i have called about my order being delivered. Was told there was no way I can change the delivery time (for its third attempt at being delivered). I got the number of the delivery company (yodel) called them and changed the delivery date no problem. No feedback at all on when the order was due to be delivered initially, when the order was not delivered (due to me not being in as I didn't know it was coming, was initially told it was going to be in another 5 days time) or that I had to call to rearrange a time. Had to find this out myself by tracking the order. When calling up to rearrange I was it would be delivered in the next two days (no change to arrange a day). Girlfriend was at home all day waiting only for me to find out via the tracker that I had to call to rearrange a new date, the very thing I did the day before and was told I couldn't. Complete dis-connect between the company and the courier. Terrible experience

When everything runs smoothly all is well. Have a problem and their customer service is virtually non existent. They don't respond to email and their foreign call centres are a joke. Time to give up and take my business elsewhere.

Was a good customer!, but Very don't respect good customers so I've gone elsewhere!, " if you don't look after the customer? Someone else will!"

Ordered a washing machine and given a delivery by date, no communication at all and when I contacted them on said delivery date to be told it's out of stock, five weeks wasted needless to say I cancelled the order and will not purchase from this site again.

I have had poor communication from staff at very- I ordered a travel system which included a free car seat for that specific travel system, the oram came the car seat didn't. After phone calls and emails made by myself I just got a lot of mixed and misunderstood unapologetic messages from very customer service and they made me out to be a lier!!! It clearly stated on there website "free car seat with any cosatto 3-in1 giggle" then they told me I will get a car seat but it won't match the pram? Then they told me the car seat will be added to my balance, then when it arrives I need to phone to have the car seat taken off my balance, but upon checking my account it says the car seat was declined, so I'm not happy there not as good as there sister company little woods there customer services is awful-Very poor und untrustworthy and they don't follow through with what they tell you when they make the mistake very untrustworthy!!!!!!!!

Very high APR and not a great service. Packing is the main issue for me, as 2 of the apple products I have bought through Very have suffered from damaged corners during transport. If you are buying a gift or thinking of selling your product later, DO NOT BUY through Very.

Hi, I ordered a lovely navy stripe swimming costume. Today the parcel arrived. I was so excited as I wanted to go swimming as I haven't been for years. I opened the parcel only to find that it was not the swimming costume I had ordered but a black river island bag?? I am returning the item but was told I would have to wait 14 days to be refunded?? This is a long time! and that I would need to then reorder the item that I should have received in the 1st place. I am very disappointed as this is my very first time ordering from very.co.uk and it was unsuccessful and very annoying which is a shame as they do sell beautiful things. Better off shopping elsewhere after this very bad experience :(

After ordering a TV, I realised before it was delivered that I had actually ordered the wrong one! Which is by all means my fault! So I called the customer service team to cancel that order. I did want to purchase the correct TV strait away, but as I had already been charged for the other TV they told me I would need to wait 14 days for the account to be refunded, fair enough! So after 14 days, then 15 days and now on my 16th day still no refund. Even though I never received the TV, it was dispatched to be delivered. But as I cancelled the order the delivery was obviously never made. So why would I still be waiting for my refund? Well it has gone wallows from their despatch drop and as I ordered the TV I NOW HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE TRACES TEAM TO FIND THE MISSING TV??? Even though on their records they can see by the tracking order that the last sign in was at the depo....and it was NOT DELIVERED! So as a customer I have been penalised and I am now due to make the 1st payment on that TV despite not even having it! Intact I have no TV at all because mine was stolen and now very have taken money from me too! GREAT! I have received stuff and sent it back and received refunds strait away and generally had a great service from very.....except now when something is very obviously not my fault, like a TV I never received going missing and I have to pay for it until it's found....and if it's never found then what? Well this is something the staff can't answer! Funny!

I have ordered twice now with Very and the first time they were fine and the second time I had an issue. They didn't let me know that one of my items was out of stock and they sent the other items. When I rang they informed me what the problem was, but that isn't good enough? I would have liked to have heard from them without having to call!

I have been waiting 10 days for my returns to be collected. I spoke to tehn and all they could say was it is not our fault, who fault is it then? certainly not mine! This is the 1st and last time I use them! Gemma - Unbeatable.co.uk
