Absolutely shocking service from very's warranty & insurance repair or replace service provided by a company I think is called 0800repair with the proverbial icing on the cake courtesy of DPD UK although they only delivered a poorly wrapped parcel, so they aren't really at fault. It took nearly 3 weeks for them to collect my faulty tv because they gave DPD my neighbours address so were knocking on the wrong door. My housemates days were wasted whilst she did me a favour and waited in for the collection several times whilst I was on holiday. Then once the Tv was collected they had it for nearly 3 weeks. Despite multiple calls and messages no one got back to me with whether they were fixing or replacing my TV, let alone if they had even received it from DPD! Then this morning it shows up on my doorstep, in a flimsy cardboard box loosely wrapped in bubble wrap with no fragile stickers on it. Guess what...It was even more broken than when I sent it off for repair! Completely smashed! The original fault was just the screen going black! No fragile tape or any notification for DPD that the box contained a TV! To top it off it took nearly 45 minutes on the phone today being passed from pillar to post & consecutively being cut off before I eventually got assurances they would be looking into replacing my TV. Literally shaking with anger after this amount of idiocy!

While i've always reveived goods on time and made payments on time i was always aware that they were much higher than my other catalogue and even much higher than my credit card! Additionally i find that they request payments more often so where it is a 4week month you have to make 2 payments from one wage. Im lucky as i'm in a position to pay it off at the end of the month at which point i will close the account down. The interest on my other is significantly lower so am happy to keep that one open. I like the clothes in very but at such a high cost for the items then such a ridiculous cost for interest i hope that they go out of business or change their thinking very soon.

NEVER RECEIVED IT. I ordered this MacBook on the 4th of September, I was promised delivery for 6th. I waited in all day and received nothing. Was then promised for the 7th. Yet again no delivery. Contacted very again was promised for the 8th. Yet again nothing. Contacted them on the 8th and was told that Royal Mail is closed and they couldn’t give me any answers. Called agin on the 10th and I was told that the delay was due to Royal Mail being unaware of where the parcel was to be delivered to and didn’t know which address. Which is absolutely ridiculous as I had clearly selected the post office option which was on the very website at checkout. Delivery address is clearly stated on the order. I was promised it’s now amended and will revive it within 24hours. I’ve made multiple trips to post office and they have nothing there for me Contacted very one final time and I’m being told now that they don’t know where the parcel is and that they’ve refunded me the money. A week long of waiting, unable to attend a course I had paid for, hours wasted contacting very, multiple phone calls, being told a different thing every time, absolutely disgusted. It’s caused me a great deal of stress. I have never experienced anything like this in my life, parcels going missing is one thing but the way the employees have been dealing with the whole situation is absolutely atrocious.

Sack Arrow Xl. Unreliable company. 2 orders and 3 cancellations at the last minute after being given tracking. Contacted very and nothing they can do!

Failed to deliver the item twice On the app tracking it said my item had been delivered and signed for. This wasn't the case and after investigation this was done in error. The unit wouldn't be delivered until the end of Sept - 3 months after the order was placed. Ridiculous and order cancelled. Will wait to see how long it takes for my refund to be processed.

I have never in all my life dealt with customer service this shockingly bad before. I bought a LG OLED TV from them, very expensive, so when the tv had a fault I requested a repair or replacement. Instead they tried to get out of honouring the 12 month warrenty. They keep hanging up on me, refusing to put me through to their manager. Sometimes when I phoned back and got another agent on the phone and asked for their manager they said "OK" put me on hold, and hung up on me. I was hung up on 5 times, no exaggeration. Other times I was promised a call back but they never did. Every time I phoned back I had to re explain everything. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING

Unimpressed! I ordered a Silent Night mattress topper from this retailer. The topper had a very strong 'chemical like' odour, and a yellow stain on one side. It appeared 'grubby'. I ordered a replacement and returned the first one as faulty. However, the replacement, Hotel Collection, 4 cm plush mattress topper was even worse. It arrived in a transparent case, which, fortunately I did not unzip. The item was infested with bed bugs. I am absolutely horrified that this could happen. Apparently the item was 'probably' returned by a previous customer, and not checked thoroughly by the supplier! My home could quite easily have been infested with these disgusting bugs, and I will never shop with Very again. The topper has been removed from the Shop Direct websites now, along with my review for that item. Please be extremely wary of purchasing these items from this seller! Disgusting. Very's customer service response was pretty appalling too.

Absolutely horrific customer service from a number of staff who could not deal with what I would class an incredibly easy request. Lied to numerous times and hung up on twice whilst ‘put on hold to review your query’ FYI I wasn’t rude once whilst discussing with them. Just horrendous.

Can you give minus stars? Very Bad Absolutely useless, never ever try to buy anything from Very, the worst online shopping experience I have ever encountered. I was attracted to the buy now pay in three instalments with no interest offer - do not get suckered like me it is really not worth it. The staff have mostly not been rude (with the exception of one who laughed when I told him a 'seven working day' refund system is ridiculous what decade are we in?). They people I have spoken to (and this is now a lot of different people) have mostly been indifferent verging on dismissive. Despite giving the correct address - (visible on account) they put the wrong one on the package! One that apparently doesn't even exist as Royal Mail did not even leave the depot before returning to sender. I was told I could have a refund and that it had been processed, two days later i was emailed and told I could not have a refund (despite never receiving any products) Website is a disaster not user friendly or intuitive. Although they are fully aware of all the information e.g that I have never had anything delivered (it was their webpage that told me my item wasn't coming) my account still showed me owing them a substantial amount of money. Currently still waiting to get my money back but at this stage there is nothing they could possibly do to change my opinion that the company is a woefully outdated dinosaur that needs to rapidly catch up to the 21st century or go by the wayside.

Customer service is non existent with very! No help in resolving issue, don’t listen to you properly, and no one takes ownership or responsibility passing you from one to the next! Having already spent hours on phone calls to the courier and very, 2 days waiting for a parcel that didn’t arrive, a 45 minute round trip to the courier depot to try and speak to someone who could help, iv been passed from live chat, to account queries and now told to write in about my complaint! More time lost!

Found a deal where they where offering 10% of electricals. Placed an order for it only to be declined because I failed a security question. What's more they told me I would not be able to purchase anything through Very.co.uk No idea what the security question was and obviously they weren't at liberty to confirm what it was. Then spent 15 minutes on the phone being passed from customer service to customer retentions to get account closed. Each adviser I spoke to in this process trying to get me to stay!! Very (no pun intended) odd and frustrating process. Ended up buying off Amazon...

Appalling company. Had to deal with them multiple times over many hours to try and sort out a furniture delivery. They had no idea what they were doing and when they did tell me they were assigning someone to manage the issues, they were not contactable and did not call me back. I wrote a complaint to their UK complaints department, but have never heard anything back. When I made a final payment, they lost this as well, because of poor information about how the payment should be made. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. DO NOT USE!

I called six times. Unwilling to service any phone calls. I only wanted to make a query about a product which is currently out of stock. Unwilling to allow ne to make a complaint. Proven to have no customer service whatsoever. Shocking!

I had never heard until now about a credit shopping company to increase the credit limit today,then after just two days to decrease the credit limit with less credit before was increased.ALIENS!!

1 star as cant leave 0. Lies about delivery, waited in promised the next day and it didn’t turn up. Then told I needed to wait another 24 hours for a delivery date! Joke!

Absolutely shocked and disgusted at the service from veey today. Ordered a washing machine to be delivered to my sisters address. Paid for removal of old machine and connection of new. She asked them to disconnect old one and they refused as they "dinnae dae that". She explained she had a broken arm and they refused. She is 60 YEARS OLD . To add insult to injury they left so much water on her kitchen floor she had to try abd mop it up with her left arm. Unbelievable. I will NEVER order from Very again. Absolutely disgraceful service
