“I was very impressed with Viatu’s service from start to finish. All staff I dealt with were very responsive and professional and always went out of their way. When there was a small issue upon arrival to one of our nights accommodation, Taryn helped explain and provided us with a free bottle because of the confusion which was greatly appreciated. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Viatu again on my future travels and have already recommended them to friends and colleagues for their time in Africa.”

“What a fabulous trip. This was truly one of the easiest and most care free I've eer managed to be on a trip. I didn't have to worry about a single thing the entire time. Not how to get from point A to B, or even what the plans for the day were. The accommodation selection was also great (save one place), and I felt safe, and comfortable in the hands of all the drivers I rode with. It was an absolute pleasure and I would recommend this service over and over again. A curated trip. What more could a girl ask for?”

“Everything went well just my advise for future: - always include options and extras on your proposal, in my case I asked for the air ballon. should had beed viatu to advise - the waiting time on airport arrival was not good at all. the "car company" should always look at arrival hours changes.. happen a lot. the costumer cant wait one hour to get his transfer.”

“Thank you Viatu team for the amazing trip in Namibia! In terms of arrangements, it all went very smoothly (and few questions/misunderstandings we had, got a solution right away). Your co-operation partner Wilderness is a mindblowing company- their strategy, eco-friendly procedures, and support for nature and local communities is admirable, not to talk about providing very tasty food and fresh! salad in the middle of a desert!! Special thanks for an upgrade - .. and Beyond Sossusvlei Lodge was an extraordinary addition to our trip. Flying safari gave also forgettable memories of Namibian landscapes (it looked like an art) from the air. Thank you so much, Viatu!”

“Per l'organizzazione del Safari durante il nostro viaggio di nozze ci siamo affidati a Viatu. Puntuali ed affidabili. La struttura Laibela lodge ci ha fatto vivere una fantastica esperienza. Il personale super cordiale e preparato che nonostante la nostra poca dimestichezza con l'inglese ha sempre cercato il modo per metterci a nostro agio e farci capire. Il Safari molto ben studiato nei percorsi e nelle fasce di orario per vedere più animali e super disponibile la ragazza che ci ha guidati in questa esperienza.”

Ci rincuora sapere che il personale è stato eccezionalmente cordiale. Siamo inoltre onorati dei vostri apprezzamenti per gli itinerari e gli orari del safari ben studiati e siamo lieti che la vostra guida sia stata molto utile. “Ho contattato Viatu durante il viaggio di nozze per che ci organizzassero un safari, essendo l' esperienza a cui tenevamo di più durante il nostro viaggio abbiamo deciso di appoggiarci a loro essendo più esperti e preparati cosi da essere sicuri di viverla al meglio. Ed è stato cosi, grazie a loro abbiamo prenotato 2 giorni nella game reserve di Laibela, dove siamo stati accolti da un personale super gentile disponibile e preparato. al nostro arrivo ci hanno accompagnato alle stanze con il loro mezzo ci hanno sistemato le valige in camera mentre il resto del personale ci spiegava la struttura e le attività coi vari orari. dopo di che nei 2 giorni abbiamo svolto 4 safari in cui ogni volta abbiamo visto posti e soprattutto animali nuovi e diversi, in oltre la guida molto preparata e gentile rispondeva a tutte le nostre curiosità e ci spiegava anche ciò che vedevamo intorno a noi. abbiamo anche richiesto come esperienza aggiuntiva di fare il safari walk dove un altra guida ci ha fatto fare un trekking di circa 3 ore proprio nella savana cercando animali di indole più quiete e cercando di vedere le loro tracce osservare da più vicino l ambiente ecc... un esperienza davvero bella e molto immersiva che consiglio caldamente a chi piace camminare e stare a contatto con la natura. il resto del servizio di grande qualità il cibo buonissimo con la possibilità di mangiare anche cibi tipici del posto. In ultimo ma non da sottovalutare specifico che non siamo molto pratici della lingua inglese ma nonostante questo tutto lo staff dalle guide ai camerieri a chi ti accoglie si impegna sempre per essere il più chiari e semplici possibili si adattano molto a te e sono anche molto cordiali e simpatici. Per questo consiglio a tutti questa esperienza e sono super soddisfatto.”

“Our trip was fantastic - thank you very much for your support before and during our trip! The house in Churchhaven and the Cottage in Franschoek are the highlights for us. We were also very grateful for the restaurant tips.
