“What can I say? We've had an absolute blast, traveling through Namibia. Soooo many good new memories! We booked our trip a bit last minute but had amazing support from Viatu to get all the information in time. The recommended route was perfect and to be honest, I was a bit 'scared' of the long distances in between the spots as I've read a lot of blogs, etc. before. And I didn't want to sit 'just in the car'. But the route was planned so well and we ended up having one long drive, then some short drives and then a long drive again. So it was very well balanced. My absolute highlight was the north around Hoanib / Shipwreck Coast and if I would have booked it myself, I wouldn't have gone there (due to distance and also as it is quite a challenge to organize it) so thanks for putting it on our itinerary :) As I usually organize trips myself (haven't booked through an agency in years) I was a bit skeptical as I love my spontaneity/freedom. But now, as I was in Namibia and saw how many times we didn't have a proper (wifi) connection, I am super grateful we went with Viatu. It was so relaxed! Thank you so much for the support before & during the trip, I couldn't ask for a better ending of 2021! We definitely will be back sooner than later!”

“From start to finish, I was constantly updated on the booking of the tour, the costs and additional services offered . Any changes I requested were actioned immediately and I received revised quotes and suggestions. The accomodation, flights and car hire which was booked on our behalf was of all to our liking and satisfaction. The app which we downloaded was user friendly and made everthing so much easier for us. I had my full tour with all details readily available, without having to look for maps, contact details or any other info. Our agent Simone Ferk, showed extreme patience in all her dealings with me and responded within minutes of any query. A quick call to the concierge on one small query while we were away was dealt with timeously and efficiently. Viatu will be my " go to" agent for any further tours and travels.”

“Our trip planner with Viatu was incredibly helpful. They provided many options for us to choose from and in a quick and prompt manner. Their knowledge of the areas, activities, and lodges was invaluable. With our limited knowledge of the area we were going to, it made everything a whole lot smoother and more comfortable booking with their expertise. And once we booked, the travel prep + quick responsiveness while we were on our trip was also very good.”

“My first time using a company to arrange a travel itinerary and I can honestly say it was brilliant. Simone was always communicative and super helpful and just really understood what we wanted. The follow ups before were also very helpful as was the itinerary we had via a link so we knew exactly what we were doing and where we were going and when, plus what was included with the booking. Other members of the team were also available to us so we always felt there was help at hand. Everywhere we went was fantastic. Really great choices of lodges and activities. Also they're eco conscious which is a massive plus for me personally. Would highly recommend Viatu.”

“In April, the two of us set off with a friend to South Africa, to Mfulawozi, with the intention of finally experiencing a safari — something that had been widely discussed in our circle of friends. What we actually experienced went far beyond anything we could have dreamed of. First of all, we found Viatu, quite possibly the best travel organizer on earth: not only was absolutely everything taken care of by Viatu (including domestic flights and rental cars outside of the safari), but we also received a beautifully curated and clear travel overview. Mardi, our caretaker, and Alfredo from management responded quickly and supported us with incredibly helpful suggestions, ideas, and solutions — allowing us to travel worry-free and soak up every moment of this unforgettable journey. Secondly, we were lucky enough to spend a few dreamy days at a breathtaking lodge in Mfulawozi, handpicked from Viatu’s carefully curated lodge portfolio. The lodge wasn’t just a visual delight with its stylish interior — it was cozy, welcoming, and perfectly situated by a waterhole. The staff went above and beyond and seemed to anticipate our every need before we even voiced it. Our guide Mat was simply perfect for us. We shared so many laughs and adventures with him and learned so much about the animal kingdom. It was, quite simply, one of the most exciting experiences you can imagine. We genuinely recommend THIS exact trip with Viatu to anyone who wants to experience something truly breathtaking — while also being able to relax and be completely pampered.”

“We had a perfect stay in South Africa arranged by Viatu. After a view online meetings and calls with Mardi everything was arranged. There was somebody form the first hotel in Johannesburg at the airport to pick us up and bring us to the hotel and he brought us back the next morning for a domestic flight. The lodges were beautiful with perfect service by the staff. Domestic flights and car rentals arranged perfect as well. Thank you for this beautiful and relaxed experience of South Africa. We recommend Viatu to everybody who wants to have a unique, relaxed and perfect stay in South Africa.”

“We had the most wonderful trip through Namibia with Viatu. The experience was so easy and hassle free, we showed up to each location, everything was sorted out for us. We would not have been able to do this trip with all the places and experiences that we had without doing it through Viatu. Could not recommend this more.”

“We loved almost everything of this trip. The drive was extremly beautiful, filled with exceptional views of the outstanding nature of south africa. It was the best decision to choose you as a travel agency to design our honeymoon trip and we will absolutely go for another vacation with you!! The only thing we did not like as much was our stay in wilderness especially in the treedom villas. The owner still was super lovely but we just felt like it was a) not so clean (the shower was moldy, the sheets were dirty and the accommodation didn’t have a nice scent… and b) we didn’t enjoy the road that leads to the accommodation. Also the area wasn’t sooo nice and we either could’ve left after one night or drive directly all the way to plettenburg bay. We considered booking a different accommodation after we arrived there but we took it as a challenge :) we understand that you don’t know much about our preferations considering the level of luxus we like in our hotels. The other ones were stunning!!! Thank you so much! We are already looking forward to our next trip with you 😊”
