“Thank you Viatu team for the amazing trip in Namibia! In terms of arrangements, it all went very smoothly (and few questions/misunderstandings we had, got a solution right away). Your co-operation partner Wilderness is a mindblowing company- their strategy, eco-friendly procedures, and support for nature and local communities is admirable, not to talk about providing very tasty food and fresh! salad in the middle of a desert!! Special thanks for an upgrade - .. and Beyond Sossusvlei Lodge was an extraordinary addition to our trip. Flying safari gave also forgettable memories of Namibian landscapes (it looked like an art) from the air. Thank you so much, Viatu!”

“Per l'organizzazione del Safari durante il nostro viaggio di nozze ci siamo affidati a Viatu. Puntuali ed affidabili. La struttura Laibela lodge ci ha fatto vivere una fantastica esperienza. Il personale super cordiale e preparato che nonostante la nostra poca dimestichezza con l'inglese ha sempre cercato il modo per metterci a nostro agio e farci capire. Il Safari molto ben studiato nei percorsi e nelle fasce di orario per vedere più animali e super disponibile la ragazza che ci ha guidati in questa esperienza.”

Siamo felicissimi di sapere che il safari che abbiamo organizzato per la vostra luna di miele al Laibela Lodge è stato un'esperienza fantastica. Ci rincuora sapere che il personale è stato eccezionalmente cordiale. “Ho contattato Viatu durante il viaggio di nozze per che ci organizzassero un safari, essendo l' esperienza a cui tenevamo di più durante il nostro viaggio abbiamo deciso di appoggiarci a loro essendo più esperti e preparati cosi da essere sicuri di viverla al meglio. Ed è stato cosi, grazie a loro abbiamo prenotato 2 giorni nella game reserve di Laibela, dove siamo stati accolti da un personale super gentile disponibile e preparato. al nostro arrivo ci hanno accompagnato alle stanze con il loro mezzo ci hanno sistemato le valige in camera mentre il resto del personale ci spiegava la struttura e le attività coi vari orari. dopo di che nei 2 giorni abbiamo svolto 4 safari in cui ogni volta abbiamo visto posti e soprattutto animali nuovi e diversi, in oltre la guida molto preparata e gentile rispondeva a tutte le nostre curiosità e ci spiegava anche ciò che vedevamo intorno a noi. abbiamo anche richiesto come esperienza aggiuntiva di fare il safari walk dove un altra guida ci ha fatto fare un trekking di circa 3 ore proprio nella savana cercando animali di indole più quiete e cercando di vedere le loro tracce osservare da più vicino l ambiente ecc... un esperienza davvero bella e molto immersiva che consiglio caldamente a chi piace camminare e stare a contatto con la natura. il resto del servizio di grande qualità il cibo buonissimo con la possibilità di mangiare anche cibi tipici del posto. In ultimo ma non da sottovalutare specifico che non siamo molto pratici della lingua inglese ma nonostante questo tutto lo staff dalle guide ai camerieri a chi ti accoglie si impegna sempre per essere il più chiari e semplici possibili si adattano molto a te e sono anche molto cordiali e simpatici. Per questo consiglio a tutti questa esperienza e sono super soddisfatto.”

“Our trip was fantastic - thank you very much for your support before and during our trip! The house in Churchhaven and the Cottage in Franschoek are the highlights for us. We were also very grateful for the restaurant tips. We will definitely come back to you for our next trip to Africa, as we appreciate our holiday being planned by experts who know the accommodations etc. Thanks a lot again!”

“We loved our trip and both saw and experienced more than we expected. None of our group had been in Namibia before, but everything from accommodation to serice was beyond expectations. Viatu had read our group well and the highlight was our three night hike, as they told us it would! We had a great experience as a family of four now adults. “We were put in touch with Viatu by the website We Design Trips. We had a very nice trip in South Africa on the Garden Route. The trip was planned flawlessly. Everything worked out great. From picking up the rental car to checking in at the hotels and the planned travel activities. The payment and planning in advance also went completely smoothly. If there were any questions or uncertainties, there was always a contact person who tried to clarify them immediately. We really only have good things to say about the agency and would definitely recommend it to others.”

“Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Jedes Hotel war informiert und alle Unternehmungen haben wie geplant stattgefunden. Wir haben weit mehr Tiere gesehen als wir erwartet hatten und sind daher sehr glücklich. Lediglich den Caprivi Streifen hatten wir uns anders vorgestellt. Da es keine Zäune gibt und die Tiere die Ländergrenzen überschreiten können, hatten wir hier mit mehr Tieren "unterwegs" gerechnet. Aber ansonsten alles bestens.”

Vielen Dank für deine nette Bewertung Jasmin! Es freut uns zu hören, dass ihr eure Reise genossen habt. Da besonders der Caprivi Strip in der Vergangenheit leider unter starker Wilderei gelitten hat und die Tiere durch die fehlenden Zäune ständig auf Wanderschaft sind, ist die Chance diese zu sehen geringer als in anderen Teilen Namibias. Die gute Nachricht ist, dass sich der Wildtierbestand langsam aber stetig erholt und ein Besuch in diesem Gebiet eine fantastische Möglichkeit ist weniger erforschte Gebiete Namibias zu erkunden und einen wertvollen Beitrag zur Unterstützung der Region zu leisten. “Dear Viatu Team We'd like to thank you for your amazing work! Our time in Namibia was truly amazing and we are super happy with the planned route and activities. Apart from the incident at Kifaru Luxury Tended Bush camp, everything went smooth and all lodges and camps were very lovely and according to our taste. A special thanks goes to Taryn Langley, for her support at Kifaru Luxury Tented Bush Camp! What a prompt and excellent service! However, we'd like to give you some more detailed and personal feedback. Next time we would skip 'Tambuti Lodge' in Rundu and drive a few hours more to reach Divundu directly. Especially since the roads up north are tarred and easy to drive and the accommodation was not as nice as the others (i.e. holes in the mosquito net, construction work right next to the lodges). The only thing we would advise against was our car. Although the Toyota Corolla Hybrid was basically brand new, it was not suitable for long-distance traveling on gravel roads. The wheels were way too small and therefore we lost a lot of time on the roads! We recommend that you let your customers know, that there is this trade-off to this vehicle. For the drive to Kifaru Luxury camp i.e., it took us 2.5 hours for only 24 km. Our highlights on the other hand were the 'Elegant Desert Lodge' and the 'Onguma Bush camp'. The accommodation, furniture and scenery are unique and so very beautiful! Well done :)”

“In short, the organization of the trip was beyond praise. Of course, objectivity requires naming some of the shortcomings, but in this case I could not find any. The employee named Simone, who dealt with me, took into account all my wishes, apparently due to her great experience and professional skills not only expressed explicitly, but even implied. All my questions were answered quickly and accurately. The trip itself went perfectly smoothly, for all the time there was not a single reason to contact the employees for help. Evaluating my experience of dealing with the company as a whole, I consider the result exceeded my expectations and I'd like to express my gratitude to all who participated in the preparation of my trip and, first of all, Simone.”
