Our trip was excellent – everything went smoothly and according to plan. When we required assistance, we were answered promptly via WhatsApp. The only things we would have changed in hindsight were the 1) Sandwich Harbour Tour, which would have been better in the afternoon instead of the morning (typically there's fog and clouds in the morning there, and we had to drive in the dark to get from Swakopmund to Walvis Bay by sunrise); 2) one night inside Etosha NP would have been ideal (we had two nights outside, but staying inside as well would have allowed observing nocturnal animals by the the waterhole and/or do a nighttime tour).
