Everything went well just my advise for future:
- always include options and extras on your proposal, in my case I asked for the air ballon. should had beed viatu to advise
- the waiting time on airport arrival was not good at all. the "car company" should always look at arrival hours changes.. happen a lot. the costumer cant wait one hour to get his transfer.
