“Ordered small freestanding bathroom cabinet. Item arrived on time but back panel damaged - broken in three places due to screw (which fixes to side of cabinet) being badly countersunk and tightened too much. Cardboard packing box was totally fine so damage occurred pre-transit. Despite this item had a Quality Check sticker confirming OK. "Aye that'll be right." as we say up here. Waited for an hour and a half on Live Chat until I gave up. You can't get through by telephone. Have emailed for a partial refund but will be surprised if I get any response other than an automated one given what other customers have said. Reviews on Trust Pilot are obviously rubbish. Wish I'd seen this review site before I ordered.”
“Was informed that Victoria Plumb could not deliver my order on the stated day so I have tried to cancel as my kitchen was being fitted on these days and I required the Sink and Tap to be fitted during installation. I immediately emailed back saying please cancel the order and I would purchase from someone else. Well we are now on the 15th of the month and Victoria plumb say they will deliver the order tomorrow .I don't want the order you should have given me the choice to cancel when you rearranged delivery but you certainly should have acted on my email and canceled the order. Cannot contact you by phone life chat is permanently engaged customer service is none existent,”
“Placed and paid for an order and opted for the first available delivery date of 10th July 2020 (18 days later) I received a message saying that I would be given a 2 hour deliver window the day before deliver was due. This did not happen. So went on their web site to try and find a delivery time only to find that I was no. 84 in line to 'chat to a representative'. 30 minutes later I finally got through only to eventually be advised that the Item was out of stock. (this despite the fact that a delivery date had been previously arranged) I insisted that I be refunded only to be told that I would now have to wait to be dealt with another department. After further delay I was advised that I would be refunded but that this would take two weeks.
Do not buy anything from Victoria Plumb - they cannot be trusted to deliver what they promised”
“Just the same as everyone else. DO NOT BUY FROM VICTORIA PLUM. Ordered a toilet and vanity unit. Due to constant damaged items we have 3 toilet pans and 4 toilet cisterns to throw in the skip. Chat line was offline more than it was on and my blood was boiling several times when from being 100 in queue to single figures chat ended! I tried telephoning, emailing, using chat line and the good old fashioned postal service. STILL WAITING to get a response. We had to go to our local bathroom store and pay more for a quality, perfect toilet as our plumber had been cancelled twice due to delays. I was offered £20.00 as a goodwill gesture!!!! They are an absolute joke.”

“ordered bathroom suite back in February unfortunately I ordered the wrong size, totally my fault as the house at the time was being rented. That said I did ask if I could exchange and they said yes not a problem.Unfortunately covid hit us so all our dealings had to be done over chat online. We did the waiting in queue only to be told that because we ordered our suite a while ago the only way they would exchange was for us to buy a whole new suite,wait until that has been delivered then pay for a courier to come and take the original suite back, only then I would get a refund. I queried this, and asked them why I had to give them over 1600 pound just to exchange a suite and there answer was this is the only way. I said I couldn't afford to do that, she replied it wasn't their fault and maybe I could look at finance. Cut along story short, I brought a 2nd suite got original picked up and now a month on i am still waiting for a refund. I can't get on chat online as its always off and their not taking calls.If they cannot provide a service they should not be trading. STAY AWAY FROM VICTORIA PLUM!!!. My next step is to speak to the ceo, wish me luck!”
“Having great difficulty contacting them re a faulty item. No answer on phone refers you to online chat, always starts at 99 then cuts off after waiting a long time. Disgraceful follow up service. Now been trying weeks resorted to ordering replacement from elsewhere. Don’t order anything from them”

“Ordered new bathroom suite .. they delivered incorrect bath size .. waited for 2 hours on chat site then was cut off, next day another two hours to be told I would have to wait a whole week until new one arrived. It finally arrived on the incorrect day I was told, the delivery driver wound not take the other bath, told me to call them which you cannot ..
plumber arrived today, opened bath tap box and they are broken, just tried to go on to join the chat (For another two hours) and now they are closed on a Saturday and Sunday ..

“i ordered 11 boxes of tiles from them and 2+ boxes are faulty, chipped or with edges cut like a saw blade. I have spent so much time on the phone, emailing, waiting in line to chat and nothing has been resolved. I am having these tiles fitted in just over 2 weeks now as this has dragged on for so long and they have still not got back to me. I am, again today, waiting at 76 in the row to speak to someone. I have sent photos. i said I would purchase the two boxes of tiles from them and they could reimburse me when it was sorted out but they refused and said that if i bought them they would not reimburse me. I have just looked on the site and it says these tiles would be out for delivery in last week of June which is when my tiler is due to come. I am having a new kitchen installed. I just cannot get through to this company despite what it says on their online guarantee. they also insist they will not take the other tiles back unless I send photos. This has been really difficult as I have no idea how to do it and am lockdown. What do you have to do to get this company to honour its guarantee?”
“ictoria Plumbing take your money and then you struggle to resolve issues.
I had a £1000 bath fitted, I then noticed micro blisters around the top.. I waited 2 to 3 weeks for another one, they wanted the first one back before delivery of the new one.
My plumber removed the damaged bath, they picked it up and delivered another one, this also was damaged.
They said again send it back for another replacement, this would take several weeks, so rather than be left without a bath or shower in the house we had to fit the new damaged bath.
So I’ve got a bath, that’s damaged, they have refused to cover any of the plumbing costs as they say I shouldn’t of fitted it.
They have said if I keep the bath they will reduce bit by £100, the plumbing cost so far is £680 plus vat.
The bath is damaged on the back that is not that noticeable.. I am forced to take the £100 as I cannot afford to add to the £680 plumbing cost..
I have sent several emails, they do not care about anyone but taking your money.
My advice is stay away from Victoria Plumbing.”
“This outfit is shocking, I bought a complete suite in 2014. The roller on the shower cubicle has broken rendering the door useless - customer service simply said they stopped that item! Could not provide the manufacturer or an alternative. The shower has now started leaking and on the website it sates it has a 10 guarantee. Apparently this guarantee came into force 4 months after I purchased. Would not supply the MD name for a complaint - they are charlatans as far as I am concerned, they take your money and then zero customer service - will never use them again”

They use different pictures on products which is misrepresentation - a direct violation of consumer rights - and when you want to return products because of this, they with hold your money and refuse to organise collection. Then, when you wait in a three hour queue to speak to someone, when you try to resolve the issue and lodge an official complaint, they CLOSE THE CHAT ON YOU.
