“This is a five-star-plus review. The product I ordered arrived quickly. Unpacked it and found the power cord I needed was missing. E-mailed customer service. Had a reply the next morning, and the proper power cord was overnighted the next day. Super service. Reasonable prices. Expect to do business again with Videoguys.”

“This was my first order from Videoguys, and although I usually start small with a store I’m unfamiliar with, they were one of the few who had the item I needed in stock. I easily found the item I needed and ordered it, and it arrived in the timeframe promised in perfect condition. It has been performing excellently since it arrived, and I definitely booked marked Videoguys for future needs.”

“Took for ever to ship but so far I am happy. This video switch is awesome. I own a Feelworld Live Pro L1, and though I got a lot of use out of it, it was not a very good video switcher. It has no power switch, over heats, and started having USB connection issues. The audio input is a mic in and not a line in, so you still have to run the mxer straight into a soundcard or audio interface I ordered up a Blackmagic ATEM Mini. The switch is very sleek, has a lot of buttons for all the features, but requires a program to use and has no video screen. Same issue with the audio input and lack of a power switch. Runs hot but not as bad. The RGBlink has none of these problems. There is a program for use, and the switch can run as a stand alone. Does not over heat, and the audio input operates as a linein and produces clean sound for broadcasting music. This switch is a winner. All of the switches are in the $300-400 range. RGBlink was $399 through Video Guys.”

Thanks for sharing the great review. I was concerned about your shipping comment and saw that UPS took 2 weeks and it actually travelled across the Country twice in that time. Sorry that happened but I'm glad to hear it has everything needed on your checklist!
