“we stayed in vilamoura portugal which was a lovely area and the villa was a good size but did need a bit of updating as there was loose tiles on the floor in living area no air con downstairs only in bedrooms so was hot in the evenings no outside garden lights so very dark in the evenings and i know its self catering but thought we would have some tea and coffee on arrival and maybe some water as they say not to drink the tap water ! 2 out of the 3 showers would flood as water didn't drain properly and the jets on our shower didn't work and thought some coles would of been left for the bbq as we left nearly a whole bag but i guess they remove everything ,they left bin bags but weren't big enough for the bin ! and the tv in the living area was quite small and echoed round the villa . They have tried to make it child friendly but not in a great way lets just say if we had paid over £3k for a week in the summer i would of been really P@***ed off !!! and the pool was in the shade the whole time . villa joliet 34 lot 5 stayed oct 7th-14th”
“Villa Olympian Tsilivi. Whilst the villa was very nice, it's a shame we were not made aware of the steep hill approaching the villa. A member of out party had walking issues and was unable to cope with it after injuring her leg. Had to seek medical attention!”
“Hi this was our 4th holiday with villa plus and must strongly say we booked villa Anamar for our week break.this villa must be put down as Car essential.😡😡had to get a taxi everywhere even to local shop.the write up is all wrong......please change this as its a 40min stroll to the shop but definitely a taxi back (uphill )no would never book this villa again and sad to say the bathrooms were clean but definitely need up dated....”
“Used to be really impressed with Villa Plus as used them for years. However this year more than ever not enough monitoring is done by the reps between villa lets resulting in them not spotting appliances not working. They should introduce feedback forms at villas for holidaymakers to fill in to avoid the same faults still being there a year later! Cut backs (though they’ll say it’s to not infringe on your privacy!) by not popping to villas soon after arriving like in the past unless you request a visit. Poor customer service.”
