"We stayed at Quinta Candida in Almancil through Villa Plus and were very disappointed. The villa was tired, dated and scruffy. Although it was clean on the surface, it had clearly seen better days.\r\n\r\nThe kitchen cupboard door actually fell off, and one of the external glass doors was broken.\r\n\r\nOutside lights were absolutely covered in dead flies, which was unpleasant.\r\n\r\nThe pool was clearly leaking, losing water daily, and several tiles had come away. I even cut my toe on a broken tile at the bottom of the pool. The surrounding shower area was disgustingly dirty.\r\n\r\nThe BBQ was filthy and smelt awful, with old ashtrays left around the seating area.\r\n\r\nThe pool table and ping pong table were in such poor condition that the children didn\u2019t want to use them.\r\n\r\nOn top of this, the villa is situated right next to a busy road, and there was constant construction noise from lorries passing by.\r\n\r\nWe called Villa Plus upon our return to complain and were told someone would get back to us \u2013 but no one ever has. The lack of customer care is as disappointing as the villa itself.\r\n\r\nWe won\u2019t be using Villa Plus again and would strongly suggest others book elsewhere."
