“Unusual and more interesting wines available at times”

“Vinomofo offers a great way to enjoy good quality wine at a variety of price levels. The support people are great and I love the mission and company image. One thing I’d like improved, as a hay fever sufferer is the addition of labelling on the website about wines that contain the 220 preservative. It’s just changed to spring - and I’ve had some of the worst nights sleep due to drinking Wine with this preservative. I’m likely to send some back and use the happiness guarantee, which could all be saved if the 220 details were added to the wines detail page.”

“I love your choice and variety of wines. The good part is if I don’t like it, I can return it. It would be great if there was a rating system where I tell you when I really like a wine, and then you could email me the following year to tell me it is available again.”

“A happy long time member. Great communication and delivery quick even in COVID times! Only minor “criticism” is that could broaden circle of winemakers. A lot of the same suppliers from certain regions.”

“Can be good but I do get annoyed with the incorrectly stated rrp or cellar door prices quoted for imported wine. They have been doing it for years. Including import taxes and shipping costs into a so called rrp is wrong. A recent 8 to 9 euro Burgundy (under $15 AUD) was quoted as $50 down to $25. I buy wine from this place in Burgundy and portraying their roughly $15 wine as a $50 wine is dishonest imho. Sure, paying $25 for an entry level Burgundy isn’t unreasonable BUT claiming it’s a $50 wine wrong. Having said that, there’s still bargains to be had hence the 4 star rating. 🍷”

“For me, b. 1947, nobody gets 100% simply not possible. 80% means you are top notch. The trusted friendly broker service I get from Nicci Coffey is what puts you above 50-60% which is fair to good. If you get taken over by private equity or if you list on the ASX I will have to think carefully about continuing. At the moment as a customer I am treated as part of the team, Once shareholders start demanding dividends things might change! In the question about timing below the word is QUICKLY not QUICK!”

“Very reliable and good selection of wine varieties. My only comment/minor criticism is that wines come from a selective few wineries - e.g Hazelgrove. This makes it difficult to order black market wines and be assured I'm not buying wine I already have in my cellar.”
