Dear Sir I was recently rung out of the blue by a “Nigel Kelly”, who described himself as “ your personal wine advisor from Vinomofo”. We chatted re my wine preferences and he subsequently emailed me a couple of suggestions and a website. When I tried the site, I was unable to order the wine; when I contacted him, he said the order had to be put through him and he could offer free delivery on the 2 cases. I did not take up his offer and he has not contacted me since. I am a little concerned that this might be a scam! For your info. Cheers Bill Scanlan

I am pretty happy with the wines offered and the service. Prices have crept up a bit over time. For club members that actively purchase it would be good to be given a warning to opt out of club cases if the wine rack is full.

MoFo you're doing a great job and deliver an excellent service. Key up the good work and I don't think much needs to change. As a suggestion I think for the VIPs you could add a sign up feature whereby wines that would general go on sale as black market, you disclose identity (to signed up VIP). You may sell more of the black market by doing so earlier to the VIPs. I would for example sign an NDA (you kick me out if I break it) to have that feature. I didn't like the other day seeing a Pinot Noir 2011 that was on general sale then re marketed as a black label. The TerraVin is right on the end of life so I get you were trying to move it. Well done anyway and while you continue to deliver great product, great value I will support you. I recommend you regularly.

The service deserves more stars.... Is there a 10 Star Box? However, as much as it pains me to say (as I bleed Mofo Blood from my veins) I have become more dissatisfied with the wines on offer in the last few months. For me, too many Black Market options, and not enough Mixed 6 Pack options of premium or high quality value. My thoughts only.

The wines are flavoursome, ideal for sharing with friends and loved ones. They are cost effective, suiting every kind of budget. The customer service is above and beyond. Getting a bottle from there to here happens with any fuss or concern. Keep going guys, you make the pastime of supping good wine something to look forward to.

Only one disappointing wine in 12 months and Simone resolved the issue. Generally agree with your tasters notes. Aust Post have twice taken wine to Post Office despite my request to leave on balcony. This is a nuisance. Otherwise happy with your presentations and offers.

All good as long as i can speak to one of your people about what is what. I don’t like it much when free shipping turns up a day or two after I buy. Is there a better way? Lots of internet sellers offer what they call “free” shipping probably incorporated in the price. I also know people who claim have shipping waived at Vinomofo. This peeeves me a treat!

fANTASTIC SERVICE UNTIL MY LAST ORDER DATED 2/9/20 WHICH I STILL NOT SEEN OR BEEN INFORMED WHERE THE CASE HAS GONE TO DESPITE CONTACTING YOU A WEEK AGO YOU HAVE NOT DONE A THING AND I AM STILL AWAITING AUSTRALIA POST WHO MUST HAVE SENT IT VIA PEKING OR SOMEWHERE CRAZY. SO MUCH FOR FREE DELIVERY - IT NEVER GETS DELIVERED

I enjoy Vinomofo,but believe given my regular purchases that I should not have to pay delivery costs.This may seem strange but the additional $9.00 a case puts me of purchasing not because $9.00 is a huge issue but more fundamentally I dont think I should have to pay this fee.Thanks,Mike

Very few of the black market mystery wines have disappointed (still definitely not a fan of the Gapstead rose - quite insipid) and I have enjoyed exploring beyond my usual ‘comfort zone’ choices when I have purchased mixed dozens.

Having a wine contact is good. Like the vino mofo system. The quality of the wineries has dropped in the black market . Prices getting closer to retail.
