“Danijela was helpful and responsive and I would rate her with five stars. The villa itself is in a spectacular position and the owner was charming and helpful. However, the villa is tired and many internal fittings below standard. I would recommend that the owner spend significant money to upgrade it to justify its price point. For this reason we would not return there.”

“A very well positioned villa, with exceptional sea views. In a quiet residential location away from the hustle and bustle of Rogoznica. The property is modern, well equipped and well presented. The pool floor, steps and jacuzzi surfaces are very sharp though, take care, we had a number of grazed toes and feet during our stay.”

“Die Terrasse und der Ausblick waren großartig. Auch die Aufteilung und Größe des Penthouse waren super. Einige Kleinigkeiten kann man verbessern mehr Gläser wenn das Penthouse voll belegt ist, kleinere Reparaturen sind zu erledigen (Türklinken, Türen die auf dem Boden schleifen, Batterie in die Uhr, Licht auf der Terrasse).”

“Hello, the accommodation is fine, I would just like to point out that we had ants that were crawling into our pastries and food all over the kitchen, as far as the accommodation is concerned, upon arrival we were missing toilet paper, which we had bought, I would probably complain further with this type of accommodation, we expected shower gels and shampoos included in the price in each bathroom, which was not the case, or even some daily cleaning or change of bed linen and towels, otherwise it's a nice environment near the sea, the distance is quiet, it's about 15-20 minutes on foot to the city, better by car... I would also like to point out that the pool is not only for the use of the given apartment but for all 4 or 5 apartments together.”

“Nice location next to the beach, overall a good stay in new premises. Our room was a bit cramped for 6 persons (4 adults, 2 kids), with hard pull out frame floor bed in one bedroom, plus sofa bed living room. Oversized wooden furniture items in the living room also made the operating space smaller than needed. Pool was in the shade most of the day. The pool was clean. Had to ask every morning to get pool cleaner device removed, so the kids could jump in. Excellent roof terrace with jacuzzi to compensate for swimming in the shade. Seemed to be a rubbish handling situation at the premises, with overfilled bins, and not clear where the rubbish should be disposed. Seemed like a general problem in Okrug. Our host Mia provided excellent service all the way, and made us feel very welcome, hence 4 stars (and not 3).”

“We had a great time at the villa! We were treated with a wonderful charcuterie board and wine. And the manager was there to take us thru the property. The pool was great after a full day in the sun. We had a mishap with the washing machine and they were there to fix it right away. The concierge was very helpful in giving us information about local highlights, information about the area and she set some excursions up for us. The only thing I would say is to know what you are paying for and if plans change how that may affect your payment. We had booked a tour that we were unable to finish because of a fire. So when the tour was cut short we felt we shouldn’t have to pay the full amount. We did receive a bit of money off but just be sure you know what you are paying for. That being said I would highly recommend the villa!”

“It was a nice Villa, lots of room and great set up. The photos gave the perception the pool was significantly bigger than it actually was however which was slightly disappointing. We needed to ask for bedding and also toilet paper which I would have thought would have extras stored somewhere in the home. The villa served its purpose but I would recommend finishing it as there are wires sticking out in some areas because it is obviously a new build. The landscaping could have used some weeding a bit but otherwise very pretty and enjoyable.”

“Hello Overall, we were really impressed with the Villa, very spacious with comfortable beds and good quality of bedding. The pool was gorgeous although a little cold for the first few days. It was spotlessly clean and very good quality of fixtures and fittings. A few of us got bitten on the first night but Bojan came along with items to mitigate the risk of bites which was very nice of him. We would definitely recommend this villa! We think you will find our critique helpful rather than negative to avoid other guests experiencing some issues so please see this as constructive criticism: Dripping lights outside which Bojan was aware of. Door handle of one of the bedrooms was broken Temperature of the air conditioning was so hot on the first night and we had no instructions on how to cool the whole house making our first night sleep very uncomfortable. There was no note of the Wi-Fi infact a short document detailing useful information would be helpful, and we had to call Bojan on 2 occassions. No Information/local amenities info/taxi or boat service so a welcome pack would be good to also include local pharmacies or medical centre and definitely the check out procedure. Also what to do with rubbish as we didn’t know which bin to use. Coffee machine was faulty No Kettle to heat water for tea or coffee No small sharp knives No Tea towels/cleaning clothes Train line was a surprise Constant Drain smell in back 2 bedrooms Tables not big enough for 12 but was okay for us as we were only 5 Need more small tables round pool especially for big parties. Front single gate - unable to lock it for security. We hope you find this information useful.”

“Top Location, es hat rundum alles gepasst, am besten ist die Taverne! Als Verbesserung würde ich den Gameroom und das Fitness renovieren, diese Räume sind nicht mehr sehr einladend. Alles andere ist Top, sowie auch die Betreung vor Ort.”
