“I had the most incredible stay at this accommodation with my friends and family. (4 people) From the moment we arrived, it was clear that our host went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. First and foremost, the apartment was impeccably clean, which immediately set a positive tone for our stay. What truly stood out, though, was our host's warm and welcoming nature. She greeted us with a stocked fridge, complete with a generous bottle of water, refreshing juice, and some delightful local dessert. These thoughtful surprises made us feel right at home. But the hospitality didn't end there. The apartment was equipped with modern amenities like a dishwasher and a washing machine, and our host even provided us with dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, soap, and fresh towels. This attention to detail made our stay exceptionally convenient and comfortable. Our host‘s offer to assist us with any questions or needs also added a great plus to our comfort. It's rare to find such a responsive and caring host. Location-wise, the apartment was also suited well. A short 10-minute walk led us to a bus station that quickly connected us to both the city center and the beach, each just a brief ride away. Since we were arriving by car, a big area of free parking spaces right next to the building was a big bonus to us. We also discovered that Uber and Bolt prices in Split were reasonable, providing us with additional transportation options. This flexibility added to the overall convenience of our stay. In conclusion, I can confidently say that this was the best holiday apartment me and my group has ever experienced. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Split, and we'll jump at the chance to return in the future. “Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub, die Villa war der Hammer. Sie war sehr groß, sehr sauber, der Pool richtig super. Es ist auch eine sehr ruhige Lage, toll zum entspannen. “Room is Nice but in à bassement without daylight. Only very little windows where we have the street noise (little) but no real outisde Light. Should have been specified in the publicité or booking and in this case I would not have chosen this one.”

“Villa Dream Pearl is a very luxurious house, with a sauna, heated pool, little gym etc.. It has everything to have a comfortable and dream holiday. Nice view from the patio, of the sea. Below we had a path near the sea. Perfect to take a walk with nice views around the small city. Opposite Villa is a small restaurant with very tasty local food. Villa Dream Pearl is a very good option for spending a relaxed vacation and also to have fun with friends. The Villa manager is very helpful. All the crew worked fast and professional. Thank you for one of the best holidays.”

“Delightful setting for a family holiday, the pool, sun terraces & gardens were enjoyed by everyone. Villa was spotlessly clean & well equipped . Sorry to say that we did have some concerns: No information booklet supplied so it was difficult to find things eg only located security box on 6th day, couldn't find table tennis bats & ball , not familiar with recycling bins. Didn't know that there were cupboards which opened either side of the fish tank. Kitchen area full of ants, in drawers & cupboards. Curtains in bedroom upstairs had no hooks at each side, when pulled on gap at either side let light into room. Bedrooms on lower ground floor smelt of damp, also damp patch on ceiling. Windows had no blinds / curtains, used foil to block out the light. Waterfall feature in pool not working. Pillows on beds not at all comfy. It was lovely to be able to walk to the beach, restaurants & shops.”

“Danijela was helpful and responsive and I would rate her with five stars. The villa itself is in a spectacular position and the owner was charming and helpful. However, the villa is tired and many internal fittings below standard. I would recommend that the owner spend significant money to upgrade it to justify its price point. For this reason we would not return there.”
