One of the key highlights of our experience was the exceptional customer service provided by Danijela. She was always prompt in her responses and eager to assist with any queries or concerns we had. Her knowledge and expertise were evident, as she effortlessly guided us through the booking process and ensured that all our questions were promptly addressed. It truly made us feel valued as customers, and we felt reassured knowing that we were in capable hands. Moreover, the company's commitment to communication was outstanding. We were consistently updated with any correspondence, from the initial booking confirmation to the pre-arrival instructions and even during our stay. This level of attentiveness demonstrated their dedication to delivering a seamless experience and their genuine concern for our comfort and satisfaction. The villa itself exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully appointed, clean, and well-maintained. The attention to detail in every aspect of the property was commendable. “Der Ablauf hat von Anfang bis zum Ende perfekt funktioniert. Die Villa war ein Traum und das Service vor Ort war sehr gut. Die Kühlschränke waren bei der Ankunft leider nicht eingeschaltet sonst war alles sensationell!!!”

“Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit! Die Betreuung durch VIP Holiday Booker reibungslos und aufmerksam! Die Villa ist sehr groß! Von jedem Zimmer, Balkon und Terrasse hat man einen traumhaften Blick aufs Meer! Für Frühaufsteher ist der Sonnenaufgang ein phantastisch! Die Ausstattung ist ausgezeichnet! Toller Pool und groß genug um Bahnen zu schwimmen! Der Weg zum privaten Strandabschnitt ist die ca 90 Stufen definitiv wert (kleines Workout)! Wir waren rundum begeistert! Vielen Dank!!!”

“The whole experience was exceptional!! The villa is amazing and clean, the villa manager Jure was amazing he really went over and beyond for a surprise I had planned. Danijela organized everything perfectly, the chef team Tina & Lorenzo and the Housekeeper Martina perfect and big thank you to Anna for being such a reliable taxi service she was also amazing and super helpful for the entire holidays I’d recommend using her for taxi services (+385 984 64558). PS I never write reviews normally but this was exceptional service provided.”

“Tolle Villa - sehr sauber und luxuriös ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Der Panoramablick aufs Meer von den Terrassen ist traumhaft. Das Whirlpool auf der Dachterrasse mit Blick aufs Meer ist ein Hammer, wir konnten sogar Delfine beobachten. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend und wir konnten uns jederzeit bei Fragen oder Wünschen an sie wenden. Auch die Übernahme/Übergabe des Hauses war rasch und unkompliziert. Wir können diese Villa zu 100 % weiterempfehlen und werden bestimmt wieder kommen!”
