“What great customer service. So helpful before and during the holiday. Every question/request answered straightaway. Our house keeper was very friendly and did a great job. I would definitely book with you again when I return to beautiful Croatia. Thank you”

“Lucija, agent from agency we booked through, helped us plan the entire itinerary for our 10-day vacation in Istria. We went to Umag, Porec, Rovinj and Pula. “Ich kann VIP Holiday Booker nur empfehlen. Bei Fragen nahte Hilfe meist bereits am gleichen Tag. Mit der Zahlung und Buchung hat alles wunderbar funktioniert. Da wir eine Unterkunft für eine Gruppe von 22 Jugendlichen benötigten, und diese schwer zu finden sind, waren wir froh, über die freundliche Betreuung. Die Unterkunft entsprach den Vorstellungen, die man durch die Beschreibung und Bilder gewinnen konnte und wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Gerne wieder bei VIP Holiday Booker! Danke!”
