“Easy to use, very responsive to e-mail communication. I had a late-addition document and they helped make me feel reassured that it was being handled properly. One suggestion: indicate specifics of the invitation letter (China) up front before application process, so that applicant can have the right letter in advance.”

“I did not have a straightforward application for a visa to China. Therefore I had many questions and concerns. Josephine and cohorts at VisaHQ were extremely prompt and attentive assisting me through the application process answering all my questions via email and phone. Their website updates and email were also helpful. I would recommend them highly.”
