“Haidee at VisaHQ was extremely knowledgeable and very responsive to all of my questions and concerns. I was able to get my Passport renewed in record time with no issues for delays. Haidee even caught a mistake I had made on my renewal application which would have caused significant delays had I sent it directly to the passport office.”

“Disappointed in visaHQ. Paid $99 plus an extra $30 after my payment went through they told me that I have to push back my travel plans because they cannot grantee my visa until after July. I requested my money back after a conversation with Michelle who told me that my refund will be returned but a service charge of $25 will be deducted for payment. I agreed only to get an email that they are upgrading my visa request to an and my returns will be $74. I got my appointment on my own in minutes after an email to the Greece embassy. My request on refund should be as promise by Michelle and Macy. It’s the principle I go to the court for my return if it is not done in a timely manor. Money extortion at its best by VisaHQ. How many of us have been rob at the of visahq. I’d say a lot. That’s dishonest.”

“VisaHQ made the process of applying for tourist visas a breeze. Although the price is on the higher end, they utilize a secure portal for document submission, are very receptive to emails, and will help you complete the visa applications. The process took longer than usual due to additional documents requested by the embassy but I was able to receive a weekly status update.”
