“I am very dissatisfied with VisaHQ. We paid £115 thinking it was an online e-visa application service, but it turns out they only provide consultations, which we did not need. It would also take over five months, before we could get a 30-minute appointment with one of their reps, and an email was met with a generic, templated response repeating information we already knew. When requesting a refund, we were told the service had been “provided” simply because a templated email was sent. Charging this amount for no real service is misleading and unacceptable.”

“phone service was very good. it was a bit tricky with the software, but it worked out one interesting thing was that after i got notification that the application was given to the embassy i got a letter saying that i had not paid yet, but i paid before anything else and somehow my mail said that had blocked you so my visa was in the spam folder. i did not block since i was watching for the visa i would recommend. you were very fast”

“Excellent customer service. I dutifully worked through the documents, taking care to answer each question correctly, but VisaHQ contacted me immediately thereafter to make sure I understood the questions and had answered them correctly. I received my passport renewal in less than three weeks, and that time spanned a US federal holiday.”
