“Good day I trust you are well. I am writing regarding a client who submitted her Uganda visa application on 6 June and is scheduled to travel within the next two weeks. Since the application was lodged, she has maintained consistent communication with your office. Unfortunately, the responses received thus far have been repetitive and have not provided any meaningful update on the status of her application. This matter is becoming increasingly urgent, as any delay that results in her being unable to travel will lead to a significant financial loss. Furthermore, we have not identified any provision within your terms and conditions that addresses reimbursement in circumstances where processing delays prevent travel. We would therefore appreciate a clear update on the current status of the application, including any outstanding requirements and an indication of the expected processing timeline. Should this matter remain unresolved, we may have no alternative but to escalate our concerns to the relevant tourism and regulatory authorities. We kindly request your urgent attention and look forward to receiving feedback from your office as soon as possible. Kind regards”

“I suddently had the urge to visit my friend in Ghana, forgetting about the ridiculous Visa process! VisaGQ, namely Jaymar Del Rosario & Olia Orlova were professional, helpful and most importantly... delivered. I actually got my Visa within about 5 hours of submitting all the necessary documents, which itself was quite a straightforward process, the Ghanain Government putting all the unnecessary requirements & hurdles in the way. Great to have VisaHQ there to sort it all... GB”

“Avigail worked with me to shepherd my visa application to China through and got it approved in two weeks and two days, including weekends and a holiday (13 working days total). She also took care of additional questions from the authorities as to the nature of my business trip. VISAHQ expedited the process and made it relatively painless.”

“VisaHQ services are an absolute joke, I feel scammed. I trief to get my visa to Burkina Faso and the "experts" Rana Sherif and Clarissa Buan that I was in contact with had absolutely no clue. If the borders are closed, just tell the customer instead of waisting my time and money. I would not recommend this service at all. I lost the money I payed for the "consultation", the visa fees and the flights I payed. The worst part is the bad communication since everything is online it is really difficult and there is no alignment between the embassy of Burkina Faso in Berlin, the embassy of Burkina Faso in Accra and VisaHQ services, so in my case it was an absolute joke. Very disappointed and I would not recommend it to anyone who wants to travel to Burkina Faso from Germany or Ghana. I would like to get reimbursed since this was an absolute joke.”

“A huge thank you to Michelle, who helped me through the application process which I started way later than I should have. I am one of the people who find administrative work so frustrating that often end up not filing important documents at all. I don't think I'd ever be able to finish the application myself, let along finish correctly or on time. Michelle has been responding promptly, showing me exactly what was missing and where, and what needed to be corrected. She coordinated the appointment, the checklists, the missing parts, the parts that I'd never guess I needed - so that the VFS appointment went smooth and all paperwork was in order. Thank you so much!”

We appreciate your attention to detail as you started helping us with our Spain visa and quickly informed us that we needed to apply for a Croatia visa.
