“All documents were submitted to visa HQ, visa specialist didn't check it properly and confirmed that all is fine, then asked us to ship the originals, that what we did, but it appears that our passport wasn't signed. So they shipped us the passport back using our pre paid shipping label. I called them and asked if we should pay for shipping again, the answer was NO. Then when visa was issued they called us and asked us to pay again for shipping. When we said that it was unprofessional to ask us paying for their mistake (we've also lost a lot of time because of this), the answer was: you have another option to pick it up in Washington DC (we live in Florida btw). We were their clients for more than 8 years. They really don't care about their clients.”

“I am thankful for you guys. I had few issues with my application and I thought my visa would have came in delayed and I made a phone call, to see if I was going to get my visa before my flight. And I received my visa before my flight. Thanks so much for being patient with me. God Bless!!”

“All went well initially for my visa application for my visit to China. I had to tell my agent that if there was to be a delay as indeed there was, I should have been informed - basic customer service. On the day of collection I had been told by email that I could collect my passport on Wednesday from 9.30. I arrived at 10am and it was not there as it had not been collected from the embassy. I had to return 2 hours later wasting my time. My agent was full of apology.”

“a very bad experience for us: we asked for online visa, there is some issue to proceed with the payment. We need support to complete the process, unfortunately no support by email by the ambassy ... we are confused, and we dont know what the problem is and what we should to do to get the visa.”

“I needed a Indian e-visa on short notice. Two full business days after I submitted all documention, VisaHQ had not started the processing. I had to contact customer service multiple times to get if moving. In the future, I will submit the application myself directly with the India gov't.”
