“While your personnel is very friendly and polite, visaHQ services were the worst I have ever had in over 40 years. It took 5 weeks causing me great anxiety for my next country visa request (I had to settle for a brief temporary one since time ran out)! Replies to my nearly daily requests for updates were 'be patient'. The costs was outrageous: over $600 for a Nigerian visa when the embassy claims is only costs $160 and $30 agent fees. FedEx promised 2 day delivery but it was 3. I have travelled extensively internationally since 1990. This was my worst visa request ever! May no one after me ever have this experience. As the Romans said "Caveat emptor" (let the buyer beware)”

“Very poor about answering questions, put off answering direct questions with a for sure answer and I feel like I am not getting my passport back or my visa and that this company scammed me out of almost $700. If I don’t see my visa or passport in the next few days I will know that I was.”

“This visa hq folks are impostor and fraudsters. We submitted a request for visa for me and my 4 children. We provided all required documents as instructed on their website. They took our money and never sent our documents to the Ghana embassy for our visa to be processed. After inquiring severally they told us that they need our permanent residency card which Ghana embassy told us that they do not require. We were supposed to travel on July 11th and we lost our tickets for over $10000 because 9f their incompetence. Now we are asking them to return our documents and they are unable to do so. They don't care about anyone so please beware. Not sure if they are who they claim they are. This has caused a lot of emotional pain and distress to our family. I will advise you to request your visa through the embassy directly instead of going through them. I will involve my attorney if needs to be. Most of the time you hear dogs barking or roosters on the background when talking to them. No customer service ethics whatsoever. PLEASE DON'T USE THEIR SERVICE”
