“Customer service was excellent online, they were 1 hour late meeting me at the visa office, but did get my Schengen to me within 3 days. All in all a good experience. Thank you”

“I was kindly assisted by Lata Joshi from VisaHQ for my France business visa. Lata helped me through the entire process and was very approachable. She proactively managed the entire process by guiding me on the required documents, filling up the form and coordinating with Kuldeep on-site at the day of the biometrics test. She is very professional and I am much satisfied with the services provided by her. I got my visa well before the anticipated timelines. Thanks a lot, Lata!”

“Accurately handled our visa applications. Minor snags due to miscommunication. Fast return shipping ( which I paid for). Price went up substantially in 2 years due to embassy fees. We would definitely useVisaHQ sgain”

“I got my Suriname Business Visa in a little over 24 hours. It used to take about 10 days and require trips to Pretoria to apply and then collect. It is expensive, but then the company is covering the cost and there is the benefit that I am not out the office with the trips to Pretoria.”

“I have no idea what I paid for. I have no idea what this service gets me. No one has been in contact with me to tell me. One of my teacher colleagues said they registered and didn’t have to pay anything. I just don’t know what I got and why I had to pay $31.50”

“I did most of the work myself. In retrospect I could have done it all. I think Visahq could offer a refund. I only got the visa because I went to the embassy on Thursday. I was told by Visahq that the embassy didn’t answer the phone but I got thru three times. I queued for a half hour each time and my phone bill will be massive.”

“Thankyou for a real excellent service. Was great, little for me to do at the oís office in London apart from a fingerprint and visa photo. It was my first time to need a visa, and attend the office in London. VisaHQ staff member that day was so kind, he also helped me with my tube back to Euston station. Many thanks, would use again”
