“It was simple, quick and easy applying for a business visa to China. The website was clear and when I did get something wrong in my paperwork (it’s complicated because my work is home based and my employer is in another country) they contacted me immediately and we fixed it so my application went through smoothly and quickly. Thanks.”

“I will use visa hq again if I require any visa services in the future. The process was simple, responses to all of my questions via email were prompt (within 1 hour or less) and the one time I needed to call in person the service was timely and helpful. Based on my experience with visa hq I would recommend them to anybody seeking visa services, particularly for those who would find visiting their nearest consulate/embassy to submit the application in person prohibitively expensive or too time consuming. I live in Boston and to submit my visa at the closest consulate in New York it would have been a real burden, so the $99 fee for visa hq services was money well spent, and I will use them again for that reason.”

“The most important thing is you got my visa to China in less than a week! I will definitely recommend you to others. Much less important, but frustrating, is that it is practically impossible to get assistance by calling you. After I gave up and emailed my question, it was answered promptly.”
