The Shrewsbury business has looked after my family's eyes for more than 20 years. They seem to invest heavily in diagnostic equipment and have well qualified and enthusiastic optometrists. They have low staff turnover, and this helps them to deliver a personal service. This is anything but a 'chain store' experience; they are excellent.

This is the 2nd time that my Partner and I have had our tests at the Loughton Store. Very friendly and thorough however noticed this time that there were far more Designer Glasses on offer than bog standard ones hence a much higher Bill this time !! Also we found that the Staff member that sorted out the lenses hurried the procedure a bit and we ended up buying new fangled lenses that cost much more than the norm and because he spoke quietly we didn't really get the jist of why they were the better ones to go for. Hopefully we will notice the difference. Don't really think that they are living up to their name Vision 'Express' as I had to wait 2 weeks for my new glasses...I left a second pair for new lenses and they too will be another 2 weeks !!!!!! May try out Spec Savers next time (when next test is due in 2yrs) as A) they have just arrived at our Local Supermarket and B) hopefully they won't be as expensive.

I had excellent service from all departments as soon as I walked through the door of the Boston branch. I would not hesitate to recommend Vision Express to anybody that needed the services of an optician. D

Customer service at Lichfield was exemplary as usual - I have been several times. Previous purchase Jan '18 gave me the 'Grand Advantage' card however. This expired 22 Jan '20 - before next purchase - so as I had made no claim on it I should have been given a new card free which in turn may have meant 10% off the latest purchase - none of this was mentioned.

I took my own new frames in for a reglaze after Iโ€™d had my eye test got text after about 10 days telling me they were ready. Went to pick them up but they still had the original non prescription lenses in. No idea when Iโ€™m going to get them back

Unfortunately I will have to bring back my driving glasses and only had a few weeks , as the arm has come unstuck from the hing part . ๐Ÿ˜ซThe arms were extremely stiff to begin with which I though was because they were knew . My customer service was brilliant though ๐Ÿ˜

Excellent service. From the initial welcome , through the eye test and after service, the staff were nothing but tremendous. Ordered new sunglasses and even after causing a problem by changing my mind, nothing was too much bother. Received text when they were ready, within a week and collected that day. Would heartily recommend this branch.

Had my appointment on 22nd Feb....new glasses arrived 28th....great service... lovely team....and my examination was very thorough and i felt very reassured. ๐Ÿ‘

The service from the optician and the girls in shop was fantastic. I had my eyes tested and ordered my glasses on Friday 14th February. It is now Monday 9th March and still no glasses!!! As I said its not the shop staff, its your suppliers you need to sort. Back to Specsavers from now on
