Went to Vision Express in Tesco’s Monkspath with my Son who has special needs. Treated so well by all the staff and a special thanks to Kerrie who looked after us so well with kindness and consideration. We both love our new glasses.

Very good service. Price was reasonable as the used my old frames to put my new lens in. And when my new lens came in they sent a text message that they were in.

Very good and thorough eye test. Was told glasses would be ready in 2 weeks. Had to ring after waiting 3 weeks. Glasses were excellent and have had no problems

Customer service at Lichfield was exemplary as usual - I have been several times. Previous purchase Jan '18 gave me the 'Grand Advantage' card however. This expired 22 Jan '20 - before next purchase - so as I had made no claim on it I should have been given a new card free which in turn may have meant 10% off the latest purchase - none of this was mentioned.

Great service from optician and technicians, and very happy with my varifocal glasses, as they have freed me up from always chopping and changing between near and far vision glasses. Got my new specs within two weeks, although I did have to ring. In the event my Lipsi glasses case was not available, but the lady promised it will be in soon so I can pick it up later. Happy with the service I got from what is a busy outlet in Tesco's so not unreasonable to expect minor delays as I had in store.

I recently needed to renew my prescription & purchase a new pair of glasses. I visited my local Vision Express branch in Mold, North Wales. The staff were fabulous, I received helpful & friendly advice & the eye test itself was very thorough.

First time of using this company, although a small outlet in local Tesco Store, all staff friendly and helpful. Optician helpful in explaining my prescription change and gave me peace of mind as I have the start of cataracts in both eyes. There was an offer of 2 for 1 and half price varifocal, and the frames I chose were also on sale at half price, which was good. Spectacles arrived in good time. First pair I could get on with as the frame was too large for my prescription, there was no quibble at choosing a different frame, and a part refund was given immediately. Happy with what I have received, good value for money as I got two pairs for what I would have paid for one.

The staff at the Trafford centre were wonderful. Unfortunately they are let down by the delay in providing my glasses. I ordered them on 1st Feb and they still aren’t ready.

Previously, my new lenses have been fitted in a couple of hours. This time, I was told i would have to do without my glasses for up to two weeks. Eventually, I was offered a three day turnaround on an informal basis. This is a significant reduction in service, as I do not have, and have never needed, a backup pair. If I can find another optician with a quicker turnaround, I shall be moving to them. Rest of the service was of the usual high standard. And if you're serious about feedback, rather than just getting strokes, your question at the top should have been "Tell us how Vision Express made you unhappy".

My eye test was thorough, and the service very friendly. There was a good range of frames to choose from, and a good offer on varifocals and 2nd pairs. I am very pleased with my new glasses.
