“Order placed 24/7 and nothing has arrived. Have tried to track via New Zealand and they haven't been able to track anything. They said item was "untraceable"!!!!!!!!”

“5 weeks after ordering and paying still have not received items. Misleading company that advertises like its based in Australia but it is actually overseas. They tell you it takes 12 - 18 business days for things to arrive but 5 weeks later still nothing.”
