“After two months I was told that it must have been lost and you won't be sending a new one. I've been out of melatonin for over a month with no prospect of getting more soon, I'm furious”

“No doubt you offer an excellent service but I couldn't get your website to accept my order! After half an hour of reporting codes- no luck- identifying cross walks- no luck- and adding 1 plus 2- no luck- I've emailed a friend who uses your website no problem and asked him to buy for me. Please get your website creator to attend to this. You may be losing many like me.”
