“No doubt you offer an excellent service but I couldn't get your website to accept my order! After half an hour of reporting codes- no luck- identifying cross walks- no luck- and adding 1 plus 2- no luck- I've emailed a friend who uses your website no problem and asked him to buy for me. Please get your website creator to attend to this. You may be losing many like me.”

“Very misleading - products shipped from US not AU as implied. After weeks of waiting for some treat medicine pockets to arrive for our sick dog (who has since passed), it got confiscated at AU customs. Will advise to return to sender, but am doubtful I will receive a refund as mentioned by many others.”
