“We had excellent service from John Hulbert at Yorkshire Care when we bought a stair lift for my husband last year. Nothing was too much trouble. John made several visits to our home to help us make the best choice. Thanks also to Gary for his patience and expertise when buying a walker earlier this year.”

“We bought a riser recliner chair for my aunt. The chair was made to measure and she chose the colour and fabric to cover it. The design of the chair suits my aunts size, she has no problems operating it and we are all generally happy with the chair. The staff at Yorkshire Care Equipment, both in the office and the salesman, were very helpful.”

“Very prompt online service but I was disappointed that the Knaresborough showroom is not open on Saturdays which is the most convenient day for those still working Monday-Friday to come in and actually view larger equipment and items before deciding to purchase or not.”

I thought it was worth mentioning that if there is a specific large product item you are interested in we can either offer a no obligation home demonstration Monday-Friday if that is more achievable, or we have in the past done an appointment on a Saturday at the showroom as a special.
