I have already told you in my previous review that the administration service from Vodacom is terrible. Under 0662210322 the contract has expired but not the debit order which is now debiting me with R6.33 for what??? Whatever it is for, I don't want it - ONLY CANCEL THE MONTHLY DEBIT ORDER. Is that too much to ask. It seems so as I got a standard message from Vodacom -which I replied to -asking in what connection so that they can get a'human' to contact me. Guess what - no further contact from Vodacom. Vodacom are only interested in sales and making money, not their customers. At the end of all your questions I am unable to submit this review

I no longer can use email for queries as Vodacom - no doubt because they don't reply to emails except when they need to. Vodacom is not interested in clients queries onli in sales and making money. My contract has just ended but they now bill me R6.33??? and I cannot get in touch with them by phone. Will someone phone me on 0843093416.

Returned a smartphone the day after it was delivered. They told it would take 7days for assessment when I called them after the 7 business days they told me it can't be because it takes 7 to 10 days for assessment. Called in again after 9days they told me I'm calling the wrong branch using the exact same number from previous phone call. Went in had to wait 30mins for them to tell me they sent an email to another branch and said I should come back after they give me a call absolutely disgusting services

I have a contract that expired 23/03/2021 and phoned them and they advised that the contract will be cancelled. To date still not cancelled. Had another contract that expired in in Dec personally when to head office on 2022/02/10 ticket no b58. A manager and consultant helped me and advised that they would advise me of the outcome. Now 1 month later I have not received an e mail nor message or phone call back in this regard. I have the consultants name but the manager would not give me his name. I am now gatvol for the bad service of this company and will do all in my power to discredit them. THEIR CLIENT SERVICE SUCKS AND SHOULD CHANGE THERE NAME TO VOLKAK

EISH Shockingly pathetic service from Vodacom. I ordered a mini UPS via the Vodacom App on 9 November 2021. I received an SMS stating delivery within 5-7 working days. 14 days later no delivery, no sms, no email from them. I called Vodacom and was promised a call-back the same day, obviously nobody called. I then made contact with Vodacom via Facebook on 3 December 2021 requesting assistance. This seemed an even more useless exercise. They keep on telling me " our team will be in contact........." How long does this team need to trace a missing parcel. Had some more promises made – but NO ACTION. Today 4/1/2022 : Still nothing- still waiting for my package after 55 days !!!

Worst experience ever. Vodacom: SR211226-451616 link down service request. Call locked 24 Desember and every day a different story. I don't know where to complaint anymore, it seems they really dont care about their customers.

Vodacom offered a data contract with a cancellation period. I called about the lack of internet speed days after having the contract. This is still not resolved, they blocked my number from calling the cancellation department and wanted me to pay for the call. Nearly a month later and still no resolution. I have had to go with MTN, sufficient speed, great service, no dropped internet calls. Vodacom are scammers. Stay away.

This company offers you cancelation at higher price of what you will pay without cancelation 🤣 If you want super extreme out of this world BS in your life, choose them🤣 When you call to cancel a contract they make sure you hold the line forever, hoping you run out of airtime and then they try to sell you a different product🤣Aikona Wena Man

Vodacom is the new Telkom.... or worse!!! Customer service reps are rude. They lie repeatedly about assisting u. Worse still, when u complain, u will also need to complain to their complaint department.

Vodacom Data seems to be blocked as when I try to do the simplest of things online it tells me that I am either of free mode or it loads the lite version of the site, which then limits the functionality... Of course, Vodacom has now decided to brush their paying customers off to Tobi, the dumbest chatbot on the planet. I would know as I develop chatbot solutions for many businesses around the world. The question is why are they allowed to trade, surely if the service they promised is not delivered and it's costing me the money then I should be able to sue this useless company that has now hidden behind a prerecorded voice app. All that is left to say is Vodacom sucks and because I can demo my solution to clients I have all this time open to post negative review after negative review about these idiots. Even taking a trip to the Vodacom store to see if they would be able to help me, but the people manning the stores are untrained and know nothing about the service they sell. As far as customer service and deliverability go Vodacom is by far the worst in the world!

Do not waste your time with a Vodacom Business contract. I have three different sites in three different areas and the products simply do not work. There is no problem with signal or normal contracts but the Business packages either have no connection at all or such low speed that they are unusable. Support is non existent, this problem has been ongoing for 6 months or more. Emails are ignored. ***an the regional manager hasn't bothered to get back to me once.

No signal in our area or very poor when there is signal. Service in General sucks. As for there cancelation fees from one service to another is outrageous. Unfortunately there is no minus rating or I would give them a minus 10

All I can say is useless. Do not take up Vodacom fiber deals. You will be lucky if you are connected in a years time. Service sucks can’t believe they are still in business.

Vodacom sucks i had a 24 months contract and on may it was terminated but i keep recieving monthly airtime and data i had to phone and they claimed they canceled the contract only to find out that they did not now i got to pay my outsanding balance and the vodacom costomer service is poor its been two day i cant reach them

So they give you these 'free' numbers included in a contract, but they do not last 24months, they AUTO renew. Unless you cancel in the 1 specific month out of the 24months, your contract renews for this 'free' number and they keep coining. It's a terrible model and it's theft honestly.

The basis for this bad review is poor network coverage and the excuses given for not attending to problems. Number two the cost to cancel a device you have had for years needing to a bout for R 400 to have it proceeded. With the amount of money I spend with vodacom on a red package, one would think your company would do the right thing. But disappointment is only way one feels
