They messed up my contract and refused to fix it (This is in Spain). I set up an package deal with them for WiFi, 2 sim cards, Tv and HBO for 2 years, with 50% discount for the first year and free set up. supposedly this would cost €68 a month and therefore €34 for the first year. My first bill came in a month late and was €121. I went to the store and they told me to block the transfer and that they would try to fix it. A week later, it still wasn't fixed and they had tried to take the money out again. I went back to the shop and they told me to wait longer. 2 weeks after this, they cut off my phones and wifi on a Saturday. I went to the store again and they shrugged their shoulders told me to complain in the Ayuntamiento (the town hall) and that it was out of their hands. They also refused to give me the number for ANYONE in the company that could help me. I have had to pay the €120 bill to keep my internet and phone going and am currently dealing with the town hall and local government who are trying to help me get a refund. Useless, blame-shifting morons with no idea of customer service. AVOID!

Charged me for a bill that I cancelled in my allocated time and then sent ballifs to my door to collect it. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND VODAFONE

Getting through to someone on their customer service is hopeless. Just a warren of voice commands leading to another menu. Sort it out! Also, why can I not get reception in the middle of the west end or city with regularity?

Avoid at all cost! Small mistake with mobile broadband had no cap set paid a 200pound first bill no help or understanding from Vodafone but 40pound knocked off. Clearly in it to make money!

Unlock a phone easily within 24/48hrs as per Company & industry guidelines ..... Not Vodaphone , after 20yrs plus of loyalty they just don’t care when you have problems or more importantly want to leave / change. History ; started 6 day’s ago ; 7 x online unlock for completions later + 2 of the same forms completed by their own customer service dept’s. 2 x further seperate customer Service escalations repeating the WHOLE process again with promises of ‘within 1 hr’ contact back. No contact made. Final call this morning led to same process but with a team member that took responsibility & promised a resolution within 24 hrs. Just received another confirmation of receipt of the same forms completed that will be processed within 48hrs unless their is a problem ..... which on 11 very very similar occasions their has been because the automated reply says so !?. We are not hopeful & still have no mobile phone service on our original contract I phone with Vodaphone ..... Do not enter into any transaction with this major plc company - Vodaphone.

Vodafone company should be closed down, and invistigated for taking money from their customer, they doing fraud.
