The worst experience with customer service. I cannot recommend it to anyone. I was mistreated and misinformed by 7 our of 9 agents. Such a poor customer service coming from such a big company.

Terrible company lacking in all departments. Their online chat is terrible (You will be on it 3 hours before you speak to anyone). A tip: If on online chat ask them for a letter of deadlock (a manager seems to come on when you do that to save you about 2 hours). Their telephone line is just as bad. NEVER EVER GOING WITH VODAFONE AGAIN!

Nightmare to give notice on 4 letters later and 16 phone calls later finally my service will be terminated ! Has taken a long time and been very stressful I will be glad when next week comes and hope it is disconnected and no more bills Glad I went back to my old phone provider I know I won't have problems with them !

Giving them 1 star as there is no option to give 0 star..Pathetic service by Vodafone UK... Called for upgrading my contract.. call connected immediately... the agent offered my the options which were not matching the deals that I saw on the internet... so I asked for my PUK code.. he said he will transfer me to Cancellation department... then the call got disconnected... I called them again but this time called their cancellations department.. It said the wait is between 40 and 60 mins... been waiting for close to 1 hr and 30 mins now and still no one attended the call.... I am very surprised that they are interested in only in new customer and not their existing customers who are planning to leave.... I will definitely not recommend vodafone to any of my friends...

Extremely poor service bordering with breaking the law. I was refused a contract based on "computer says no" credit check with Vodafone refusing to provide any explanation. When I checked my credit score and reports from Experian and other credit agencies the score was excellent. If Vodafone refuses a service they should provide a legitimate reason otherwise it is nothing short of unlawful discrimination.

Went to the Wandsworth branch today I met Keval , THIS MAN IS A CREDIT TO THE WANDSWORTH BRANCH, he really helped me and the young chap who was training was really good and helpful. thank you for all of your help my mobile is now up and running many thanks Gerard.

Ordered a new router, with an expected time of 2 days. 10 days later, and 2 phone calls later, it is still not here. Avoid at all costs.

Worst phone provider I've ever been with. Always trying to sell you things you don't want. The other day they rang trying to be helpful by offering me a better contract that did have more data but also cost 5 pounds more when I already pay 45 pounds per month, when online I could get a lot more data than they offered for 29.99. Useless customer service. They pay no attention to what you tell them on the phone. This box says "what went wrong?" A better question would be "what went right?"

Was in urgent need of a micro sim for a phone which had been purchased elsewhere for a birthday gift. As long standing customer sim and delivery was to be free. Sim arrived the very next day, but invoice followed two days later for full cost, but one quick chat and it was credited to account whilst still online.

The worst customer service imaginable. I have been a customer for over 8 years and in this time have had countless issues with them unable to get anything right, always making false promises and providing me with incorrect information. Every member of staff you speak to on the phone letts you that last one was wrong and they all lie. I think they just try and tell you what they think you want to hear to get you off the phone. Even the highest point of contact (apparently - not positive cz i can’t believe a word any of them say) dont know how to speak correct english, dont listen to what you are saying and shout over you, give you false promises and information. I have only stayed with them for the cheap tarriffs but taking all the hassle the cause into account it is really not worth it. You get what you pay for. They obviously don’t have a clue what they are doing and its baffling how such a despicable company had survived for this long. I hope it goes bust so people can stop getting ripped off by them. Atleast they are releasing me from my contract because they “can’t afford to compensate me further” for their mistakes (charging me for 23 months for paper bills they have been sending to an address i moved out of almost three years ago without my knowledge)

I can't believe the way I was spoken to on the phone trying to sort our an issue I had with Vodafone after being sold something and not being lied to about the prices, I then asked to speak to the manager as he said he can't do anything where the chap from customer service laughed at me!!!!! Furious and disgusted is an understandment
