If I cud give no star I wud ..overal of have wasted hours being put on hold and still no joy to my solution..no1 speaks English and they talk to fast also come up with totally different bill figures .have now asked 19 tomes I want to speak to a manger.still no joy ..plus they lie tell u they knock money off bill and don't then deny they said it.also charging me £80 this month just for data even tho I have 1g of data and wireless at home and make sure I have data turned off jokers

Fantastic customer service and speedy resolution to my justified complaint. Yes i had cause to complain but dealt with in quickly and efficiently with outcome more than satisfactory. If you deal with complaints like you did mine then in sure vodafones tarnished reputation and poor reviews will soon be a thing of the past. Well done vodafone and it proves that when handled in the correct way not all complaints need to be of low star rating

If I could give half a star I would, even no star. The customer service advisors are absolutely useless, cannot correct/amend bills, can't listen, very robotic with answers (sounds like they are giving answers from a sheet of paper) we have had to cancel our DD to sort out a simple overcharged invoice which Vodafone's incompetent staff messed up in the first place instead of charging for a early upgrade they charged full price for the device. So far it has been 6 and a half weeks and I have made numerous calls and wrote 2 letters to The Customer Relations office. The Customer Relations office are more useless than watching paint dry they don't sort out issues however they are very well trained to get on your nerves, you end up training them!!! Bunch of muppets wasting time is what they are paid for. There's so many call centres all over the world that they can't find call recordings so they make the customer look like a liar. I fail to understand what the fascination of cheap labour is when it was simpler when every thing was in the same place and call recordings could be found? The Indian advisor told me that there are NO managers or supervisors available to which I said so staff are left to do whatever they want then hmm no wonder customers receive such bad service. If your call goes to India just hang up and re-dial until the call goes to UK or South Africa. I have a business line with Vodafone and find their service atrocious beyond belief. Where you could be making money for your business you end up spending valuable time talking to numpties. After all our business lines come to an end we will definitely be leaving Vodafone. For the rates they charge I would expect far better service.

EVERYTHING WENT WRONG !!! The company itself is despicable and I am not impressed in the slightest. Vodaphone is a land full of false promises, Overpayments, lack of service and need to be shut down. Staff pretend like they can not understand you and I have heard the lines 'me no understand' several times after making 50,000 phone calls to discuss being overcharged numerous times. Hows this for a scenario my phone bill is 37.50 a month later some how It has magically gone up to 76.00 They got a one from me because it was the only option believe me when I say that it would be a big fat 0. Disgusting absolutely disgusting

Worst company ever they are a bunch of bullies who demand payment for I would say appauling service however there was NO SERVICE what so ever. No services since June and they are still continuing to demand payment. Question still remains what for. I would not recommend this company to anyone my experiences with them have involved a pack of lies, disrespect and poor communication skills. Not reliable in the slightest and a complete breach of contract from there side.

Stole £124 of me for a charge not even they could tell me about. Company took 4 months to even discuss and then blackmailed me to pay it even though I had no chance to explain my side to them. Disgusting customer service and poor company to deal with

Vodafone have overcharged my account for over a year, I've bin on the phone to them countless times but the problem only gets worse, they are in breach of contract

I pay my phone bills each month. The payment was taken out of my account but they just kept bring my bill forward like I did not pay. So this went one for about 4 months then charges on top took them and other 6 months to notice and review my bills at this point I had almost a £2000.00 pound bill due to the charges which I'm still paying today because Vodafone will not take any responsibility for there mistake. This started the from last year. I have been vulnerable abused by some of there customer service personnel. I had more mistakes made on top of that after which I got more charges. Promises that these charges would be removed..... guess what nothing happened. I was with Vodafone for six years the last two complete and utter hell. Do your selfs a favour go for a different provider.

My account has been overcharged every month for the last 18 months. I have five lines and mobile broadband. The most I was overcharged was £120 and the least was £54. All broken promises by them to fix it. Waiting to get through to them for over 2 hours sometimes on the phone. EE Have Kevin Bacon doing their adds Vodafone should employ Micky Mouse. Worse company I have ever dealt with. Anyone who is thinking of joining Vodafone DON'T!!!! It's not worth the hassle

Wait and wait and wait in queue after queue, whilst they over charge you and give you incorrect information. How can such a company become so bad. Now been in a queue for the complaints department for 38 minutes, no wonder that's busy too.

Utterly appalling service. I'm regularly overcharged, last month by £87 and this month by£133. It's now taken over two hours to go through to someone. If I ever do I'm absolutely certain I'll be passed from team to team and nothing will be done. Dire.

Vodafone are the worse company I have ever used for a contract phone. Since January, every month they are telling me that I am using 30gb minimum per month on data which is very untrue, after going into the store and also going into Apple they have confirmed it was not me. I have a bill for £260 due to this! After one guy on the phone apparently cancelling my contract I called back to check and there was no record of this conversation. If you have a complaint you won't receive a call back!! I have called Vodafone 2/3 times a week since January and still no resolution.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Really unhappy with the customer service. I've been charged for mobile WiFi that had been cancelled two months ago. Customer service said they'd and never did, I got fed up with waiting so rang again I was waiting to be passed from one department to another when I was cut off because that facility stops at 9. Just a nightmare, annoying and frustrating.

Nothing good to say about Vodafone, they are happy to take your money but make no attempt whatsoever to help. I cannot imagine that they have any long term customers - everyone I know who has a contract just wants to get out of it. Really the worst company I have ever done business with. Greedy and unhelpful.

I've never had such an awful experience as a customer!!! It's a rip off, actual data is not that you have in your plan, it's much less, after you have to but vauchers for data. Customer support is absolutely ridiculous, you only can talk to a real person after choosing "If you're thinking of leaving us press.." option. Otherwise it says that you can find help on their website (which they also block when you out of data) and hang up in you.

Sent me my upgrade (broken) had to sent it back they tried to accuse me of stealing a faulty phone then finally got a replacement phone after about 6-8 weeks the headphone port keeps flickering, I sent my phone off for 2 weeks got it back nothing fixed had to go into the Vodafone shop! 45mins- hour wait!! To get my phone sent off for another 2 weeks to be sent a brand new phone! When I tried to come out of my contract they threatened a £750 fee! Lets just say I will not be recommending them nor will I be using them in the future! All advisor are a waste of time!
