“Great experience overall. I was really uncertain about how to tackle this issue, direct plumbing a linea mini to a water pump. But the product descriptions and live text support were game changers.”

“I called to confirm stock on hand and shipping time as well as with a few model specific questions and the gentleman I spoke with was polite and very helpful. He was able to get me the info I needed right away and after placing my order online, I was pleased to see that it shipped same day and is due to arrive at my location tomorrow!! “Fast delivery - part was perfect and allowed me to connect my water filtration setup to my espresso maker. The technician I spoke with was VERY helpful - he let me text him images of my braided hoses and adapters, he checked the manufacturers websites for each of the components' specs and helped me confirm I was ordering the correct part. He must have spent 20 minutes total just to help me buy a single plumbing adapter. Very much appreciated!”
