“I have to say that the level of professionalism, ability to answer and resolve any question or issue you may be having is outstanding. I have to say is not the best price in the market but what you get in terms of customer service is worth it paying just a little more. I bought a fetco coffee brewer, grinder, coffee urns. “Too good to be true? No way! I called Voltage about a grinder that was out of stock everywhere. The only places I could find it were up charging at least 10%. Called Voltage and was told there was no known lead time. 24 hours later I got a follow up call that they just so happened to get some in overnight. On top of that, Voltage offered free shipping, and even a discount for new customers. Honestly, I thought it might be too good to be true, and there was some mistake. Well, not even a week later, it showed up on my doorstep. Outstanding Voltage, can’t thank you enough for being so awesome!”
