“This was my first time ordering from Voltage. From calling in for clarification about an item, to ordering items, everything was awesome. After ordering I had a couple minor issues and they were handled flawlessly and promptly. Speaking with Matt was great. I will definitely order any new equipment from Voltage. Looking forward to doing business with them again.”

“Ordered new baskets for our portafilters. I thought I might have ordered the wrong type since I have both a single and double portafilter. The baskets fit both! I found the price very reasonable and no hassle delivery was great. We haven't been able to use our Astoria machine since the baskets mysteriously went missing so my coworkers are ecstatic.”

“I've purchased from Voltage before and admire their customer service. Something odd happened with this order - it was "in stock" when I ordered, but after a week I reached out since I didn't get a shipping confirmation. They assured me it was shipping soon. 2 weeks later (admittedly over the holidays) and still no update. Finally I called to escalate and it was shipped that day. I still plan to order from Voltage in the future, but am deducting 1 star because of the unexplained 3-week delay and confusing messaging regarding this most recent order.”

“I have to say that the level of professionalism, ability to answer and resolve any question or issue you may be having is outstanding. I have to say is not the best price in the market but what you get in terms of customer service is worth it paying just a little more. I bought a fetco coffee brewer, grinder, coffee urns.
