“I’m reviewing the purchase and shipping process only since there has been no need for any additional service after the sale. I got a great deal from Voltage on a Ditting coffee grinder. They beat all other pricing and the grinder was shipped out the same day. It was delivered 3 days after the order was placed. Shipping was free and I didn’t have to pay tax since I’m out of state. What more could you ask for? They have what you need and excellent prices and service to go with it.”

“What I found with your customer service is that they were very open to hearing out my needs and very helpful with some feedback and helping point me in the right direction / didn't get the feeling I was being 'sold something ' ... more like...hey Im picking up what your putting down..and I think this would work great for ya. Try it...if you find out it doesn't .. just give me a call back...Lve that approach.”

“All my business will go to Voltsge Coffee Supply from here on out. I ordered a Bunn grinder on Sunday morning and received a shipping notice about 4 hours later, definitely did not expect that! The grinder arrived and a few screws must have loosened during transport and I couldn’t find them. I emailed them and within minutes at 6am I received a reply from Matt letting me know he was preparing the missing screws to be mailed out ASAP. Thank you so much for the outstanding service, you have definitely gained a customer for life.”
